Went on 3/8 at 11:00 and the overall experience was terrible. We went through the drive through and received our cold food, only to get home and realize they forgot my burger. I drove all the way back and asked them for my burger since it was missing, and the nasty looks i was receiving was beyond me. Basically, i was treated as an inconvenience, when i felt i was the one inconvenienced!! I was very nice and understanding having worked in the food industry before and thanked them before leaving back home to eat. Once i got home i opened up my burger to THIS!!! I love ketchup, don’t get me wrong, but this is absolutely insane. i’m not sure if i upset them with having to remake an order, but i feel like this was personal!! There are too many Mcdonald’s in the area i could go too, i won’t be coming back!!

I arrived at 10:40 pm. 20 minutes before closing. I was told the restaurant was closed when I entered. I said it's too early. They looked at me with a dissatisfied, hostile look. I made a table order through the mobile application. The manager girl with a headset in her ear called me, shouting across the room that the order was ready. When I said that this was a table order and I had a number on the table (number 34), she refused to bring it to me, saying that I had to pick it up myself. It was super rude. Terrible service.

I ask for 3 cokes 2 Dr Pepps and they all came out Dr Pepper and rhe food waa cold all the food the fries tastes like they just put them in the microwave? i never complain but this time it was not acceptable.

I absolutely love this location. For the most part, everyone is very sweet. However, this morning, Monday, February 12th, the woman at the drive thru was rude, and rushing. I can understand maybe she’s having a bad day, but really?

Did a mobile order throught the app. Never had my food called. Yet up three separate times to ask where my food was. Ordered at 550pm and got my food at 618.

Yall are tricking the fryer and pulling it out early. It's bullahit. We want hot fires....not whimsy none cooked. Yall must be a franchise. I'm gunna report you to more then one person that will take it there. Like corporate...I wonder what they think. No way fries turn up like that...there's a timer. It's why it's impossible to f up. Yall are something else.
I couldn’t even have the drive through take my order. I watched about 20 online orders be checked in at the order spot. Nobody said anything.The last time I was actually able to get food at this location, the staff was rude and the food was cold.

Cashier extremely rude and didn't wanna remake food or coffee when order was wrong and didn't get anything extra that I paid for. When trying to try her attention she kept rolling her eyes.

As expected for a McDonald's chain restaurant, although this location does have exceptionally good Wi-Fi for some reason. Find myself being able to use it even from outside the building to kill time when I'm not busy with work. Customer service is suffering due to the fact that automated self-serve machines have been added to this location, but beyond that it's a pretty clean store that gets a decent amount of foot traffic, especially from the nearby high school during lunch time
