The bathroom was locked. I asked for a key and the manager refused to let me use the bathroom before I ordered. So, I just left..I guess they deal with a lot of the homelessness but, I know they should be able to pick and choose or even see the difference. I would never recommend this Mc Donald's to any of my friends or relatives.

So, I was visiting Austin, and I was walking on Oltorf. I see they are about to close the restaurant and hurry in to get some food. We were on foot. A guy told us they could not serve us, and only drive through, and I needed to have car to order food. I found it idiotic, as we were already there. Why not serve the customer, and create a better reputation for the place. We had to walk out. We asked if we could just go walk on the window and get some food and we were denied of service. Macdonald needs to train its people in customer service, better.

This location was very rude to me and my party the took forever to answer in the drive thru when I asked if there was anyone there and I had laughed due to a joke my friend had said they took it the wrong way and said “we are not taking your order” I told them it wasn’t for them and a replied telling me “leave!!” They didn’t even bother letting me ask why? This was my first and will be last time coming to this location I highly don’t recommend this McDonald’s!! Terrible customer service!!!!

It's a hit or miss on the sweet tea. Sometimes it's too sweet ,then it tastes like coffee. Not only that the mid shift people can't get the Condiments. I ask for BBQ sauce for my son. And they give me ranch every time. It's rare I come to this location anymore.

I am horrified by my last experience at this McDonald’s on Oltorf!! I ordered our usual order of McChicken’s for my boyfriend and I. We ordered through the app. Once we unwrapped our sandwich’s we started to watch television and my partner asked if my McChicken smelled like cigarette ash. I started on my fries and when I picked up my sandwich it smelled like a fresh cigarette. I cut the sandwich in half just to ensure it wasn’t the wrapper but each piece smelled like cigarette smoke! There was black specks all over my sandwich. I am not sure it it was proper, but it looked and smelled exactly like ash. I was absolutely horrified and thew the entire thing away. I have eaten at McDonald’s all over the country and never have I had an experience this this!! Be warned, the employees either don’t wash their hands or are flicking ash into your food. Do not order here!!

it's a shame I have to select a rating at all because they certainly do not even deserve a 1. I walked in struggling with the door, & some luggage (bc I took an Uber before the airport, I was going to request if I could set my things down and then come up to order, and I'm instantly being yelled at because there is a no pet policy, when my dog is clearly wearing a service dog vest, which both the employee yelling at me and her manager behind her saw. I then asked the manager if it was okay that I set some stuff down so that I could get this done faster and she proceeded to say "no, it's not rly okay or allowed but what can I do right?" So I ordered at the kiosk while I was holding my luggage and my dogs leash, the worker yelling at me brings me my tray, but doesn't bring the drink or ice cream I ordered., I begin to tell her that and she looks at me turns her head and walks away, then comes back and asks if I had ice cream, I say yes & once again try to tell her and she just continues to walk away she brings my cone, and I start my sentence the moment she's handing it to me and just before I can get to the word drink, she was already on the other side of the barrier and i know that she heard me and she still chose to ignore me. And if this treatment wasn't bad enough, My fries were cold as fuck on the inside and tasted like they'd just been out for an earlier order and thrown under the holding area for a few minutes. I almost believe this was done out of some form of hate if not a lack of professionalism, I didn't see any of the people that came in after me have any issues with their service or the quality of their food at all, and the same employee that started with yelling at me, ended with wiping my table off, but wiping the crumbs directly into my belongings sitting on the floor under the table.... I wipe my crumbs into my hand and throw them away at every place I go to, I try to leave as little to clean up as I can. The crazy thing is that I never acted out or complained the way I could have, instead I just left them alone and continued to debate whether or not I should've left this review, but I don't want anyone to have the experience I had today, especially if they're apart of the LGBTQ. I most definitely will not be returning to this location. I thought I could relax and have a nice lunch in a place that is usually so easy going, but this was my FIRST and last experience visiting this McDonald's.
