The food was fresh but something was wrong with the sweet n sour sauce that caused me to have ab immediate breakout/ allergic reaction which happens on occasion with McDonald's sauces due to their batches of sauces being tainted. Usually it only happens with the bbq sauce.

This location cancelled my online order, and McDonalds is withholding the refund. They will take your $36, give you nothing, and then refuse to give you your money back. Beware and don’t even bother with this location. They can’t seem to handle orders when it’s busy.

I had placed a mobile order here and they cancelled it. Each time I place a mobile order it gets cancelled. My points are used up and I have to wait a full week to get my money back. You may have remodeled the store but your workers need to be changed for people who want to work. Only this location I’ve had this problem with.

Every time I come to this McDonald's for lunch, or dinner, I get exactly what I want. In a pretty decent time frame, as well. They would get 5 stars if those were the only times I come. However, I have NEVER received a correct breakfast order when I stop here for breakfast. Idk what's going on between the hours of 4:30-6am, but just go to the one down the street if you are looking for breakfast.

Handed me a drink that had been in someone else's car. They mixed my order up with the lady in front of me. Handed her my drink. The lady took the lid off to see if it was her drink and of course it wasn't. Instead of making me a fresh drink. They handed me the same cup. That's not only gross but a safety hazard. Whole night staff need to go. No one speaks English, orders are rushed and just thrown out. Nothing confirmed. You wait so long in line your food is cold. Horrible. If I attend again with this same service. I will report to corporate.

Over all it's McDonald's when ur in a tight budget, but even the clowns food, is getting ridiculous, and crazy. For the little bit, of food, they serve you. It seems like, ole' Ronald's lining his pockets, on, the less fortunate people, too. Where is the beef at, Ronald???? And how come ur mobile app, all of a sudden, started to really suck too? And really, what's up, with you, canceling out " Not yo' Mama's house, w/ Christina & Tom?" The food is always pretty good. I usually get a caramel for rapid. And I have specific instructions about that. Sometimes they follow it sometimes they don't and don't do anything. I wish would change as I always go there in the morning. So it's always busy. I think they should open up. Maybe another lane or do something about that. Because it takes forever to get through there.Parking: It's connected with a gas station so you kind of have to fight for parking sometimes or they do have a drive. To do so, you can go right through but again. Sometimes the drive through is backed up and the drive through kind of feeds into the parking lot. So there's a lot of confusion and clustering of people trying to park and people trying to get in the drive through.

The cashier told me this location doesn't have shakes. Which would be one thing if it wasn't posted on the menu right behind them. I've never heard of certain locations being exempt from serving shakes. Was disappointed, low-key the only reason I eat here at all. :( Definitely something corp should follow up on and look into. Doesn't seem accurate.
