Shout out Robert! Always providing killer service; went by the other day, our pickup order had gotten cancelled. While sitting in the curbside reordering, he ran out just to make sure we were taken care of. He then brought us our food after, and when we went back through the drive thru for some water, he was handling that too! Guy can multitask, and is friendly as heck when he does it. Really appreciate having good service so close to home.

Went thru the drive thru for a mcgriddle meal. They asked me to pull into a spot because they weren't done with my order. After i parked 3 or 4 other cars from behind me left with their order. It was a mcgriddle!

It is a no service sterile environment. All Chinese electronic ordering boards. For Seniors it takes time to learn. If it was busy, it would be a disaster for techies waiting to order. When this happens to the once people behind the counter, we are done, never again. Service was very slow getting food out. For $15 an hour in an expensive city who wants a Mc job. We will go to Whataburger or Arby's in the future. Also my wife order the same big breakfast minus the sausage. Did we get a reduced price because she dropped the sausage, oh hell no, price was the same for both. The IT people haven't figured that one out yet. Just ask CHINA!!

My kids prefer this location. They say the fries here are better than the other McDonald’s. I enjoy that they get the order right and are careful to review the order before handing it to you.

This is my second review after a couple of months. They have really turned it around for me, Lorenza Munoz was quick and sweet to my group. She made sure to correct any mistakes instantly, was very sweet about it too. And made sure the quality of the food was top notch. Definitely returning and recommend to anyone willing to try this location. Understand this was the night crew around 9pm.

This place has the worst management night and day shifts. Time after time they get our order wrong and take a ridiculous amount of time to prepare it.Edit as my wife is eating her meal from this visit this is what we find. This place has some real shady and ignorant employees I highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.
I found the early morning curbside service I received to be great and my order accurate. My food was delivered with a smile, despite it being delivered in 40 degree weather! My sausage biscuit was hot, and the biscuit was firm yet soft. I ordered thru the app, so I would have been surprised if my order had not been correct and complete.

First of all, they are not 24 /7 . And being that there is so many locations I feel like it's only right to leave a review for this place. Specifically I have been to other McDonald's around the area and never had a bad experience besides, maybe messing up a little on my order, but catching them on the drink. However, this place is utterly The worst yours the only reason again, the only reason I'm giving you more than one star because the food is actually good. However the service is the worst. I timed them and took them 10 minutes to deliver my dinner order at around 730 at night I was the only car in the drive-through at that point. I timed it 10 minutes and three seconds For one meal and a drink I could excuse a little bit if the employees were sorry or felt any remorse. I work in the restaurant so I understand how it could be busy but when it's a fast food restaurant and you're the only car there and no one's inside That's just bullshit. The employees acted like they hated their life and I know it's not the most glamorous in the job in the world though but you can find another job though if you don't like being there if the managers are reading this which I sure hope they are fix how your server staff attitude and speed because this is honestly the worst experience I've ever ever had.

If you love waiting in drive-thrus for a ridiculously long time, then this is the place for you! And not just when there's a line a cars in front of you, but when you're the only one there too. Big orders? Small orders? It doesn't matter! You can order one darn thing & wait so long, you'll wonder if the employees forgot you were even there, waiting, going through your Spotify, asking yourself why you're even eating McDonald's, and thinking you should really be having a nice salad instead anyway, you chunky monkey.
