It took a total of 27 min to get my meal on drive thru and they forgot my drink. Takes too long to wait in line on drive thru when your in a hurry to get to work. Need better service or more HC.

I was standing waiting for my food and as I am standing there the worker states that I am a BUCHONA which is very offensive to an LGBTQ individual i am going to seek action cause this is not only offensive but very rude to call me that she did it cause she didn't think I awoke Spanish and I am full Hispanic I just look African descent but still even if I didn't understand that was very uncall for as I am here almost everyday for lunch bot I don't even feel comfortable eating here ever again...

Whoever does the fries is really bad at their job. Every time I come here and buy fries they are soggy and never a full order. Don't pull them early because people want their fries to be crunchy and full to the top because that's what they paid for!!!!!

Horrible customer service. They should ask Chick-fil-A on how to have better customer service skills. Be nice and have great customer service. It goes along way!
I went through the drive to and they got my Order completely wrong and since they rush you off I didn't realize it until at the drive through window they hand me my food and shove me to the front to wait for the other part of my order then I realized they charged me for the entire meal when I only order the sandwich on one and the entire meal on the other don't move your vehicle forward when they tell you to keep their numbers down until you check your order. They charge me way more than I wanted to spend that morning for my breakfast budget.
