The food used to be really good and consistent. My favorite part of their breakfast sandwiches was the potatoes. The last two orders, the potatoes have been almost raw. Crunchy. There were also bits of egg on my sandwich, even though I asked for no egg. Good thing I’m not allergic! They also were out of most bagel flavors when we went yesterday morning.

There's a reason why Nervous Charlie's Bagels was voted best bagel in texas 2022, their bagels are phenomenal. We came in on a lovely Sunday morning, it was a little busy but not so much where we couldn't find a table, it is a pretty small place. We waited about 15 minutes for our bagels to arrive. Crispy exterior, soft interior, with fresh delicious ingredients to fill in. I don't think you can go wrong with any of their menu options here, everything we tried was great! Loved the dog themed decor by the way!

I like the bagels, but had problems with ordering online for Cedar Park. The bagels are as close as I can get to New York bagels.

I placed an order after exhausting stretch of night shifts. I haven't ate well or at all these past few days and was really looking forward for this meal. I have ordered to go from both locations and had no issues with flavor, temp or timeliness. I placed the order on the weekend not knowing how long I would have to wait. I saw that my order would be ready in 33-40 minutes, but I was eager and checked with the associate after about 20 min after order. I was met with a I can't hear you and you should get a text when it's ready. Expect to wait 45-hr on a Saturday. By the time my order was ready I was past hangry, the bagel was ice cold and I was contemplating on how long it had been sitting. Of course I gobbled it down but because I was hungry AF. I ordered a lox garlic bagel with light cream Cheese. The bagel itself Had flavor and a good ratio of everything. Just disappointed on the coldness of the service and bagel..
Do better guys! I really dislike how you ask for the tip upfront to deal with a not so friendly person at your pick up window. To get all the way home to find out you made my order wrong! DO BETTER if you ask for the tip up front DO BETTER cause I know how they look at your Oder when you don't tip for pick up orders. DO BETTER!!!!

So these bagels are legit. Born and raised on Long Island and lived in NYC for seven years, I am always on the search for flavors of home. I had an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. I did not get it toasted because I feel like any bagel is good toasted. The bagel was crispy on the outside doughy on the inside. They over filled it with cream cheese which is the absolute only way it should be served!!! And in a day of almost 20 dollar breakfast, I thought the price was right. 5 dollars all in including tip. Will be returning often:)

We went to try Nervous Charlie's for the SECOND time, both times arriving about 25-30 mins before they closing....just by chance. The first time, they were locked up and gone. This time the staff was locking up and planning to leave and we were turned away. I can promise you, this business won't make it if this is how they operate. The customer doesn't matter and posted hours mean nothing. Not sure the 3rd strike will ever happen for us.
