I was feeling super homesick today. This place hit the spot. Walked in and felt right at home. It’s a medley of NJ’s general stores, Jewish delis, and Greek Diners all rolled into one. The atmosphere was so comforting, the staff were friendly and upbeat, and the food was perfect. I had a cup of soup, a Pastrami Reuben, and a slice of carrot cake. Whoever’s working the griddle is on point. Everything was delicious. Portions are huge—expect to have leftovers. They’re family owned and you can feel the love. Really glad I found this spot.

My husband and I stumbled upon this spot last week while we were driving and had to try it out after looking up the menu online! We really enjoyed the Reuben Sandwiches.. a little pricey but very filling and tasty so worth it in our opinion!!??

Yo this place makes a killer Ruben and some dope cream soda.Crispy, chewy, buttery bread. Thinly cut corned beef slapping you in the mouth with flavor. With a dill pickle spear.And the key lime pie. Nom nom.

We just stumbled on this place for lunch. If we designed our ideal eatery from scratch, this would be it. The atmosphere is open yet cozy, the food is delicious (we had the grilled cheese, Philly, and tomato basil soup), and the staff are both helpful and friendly. A perfect place to dine alone or meet up with friends. I'd give it more stars if I could.
Food took longer than ETA on online ordering said… unfriendly staff….they forgot the provolone that came on my sandwich… they do have good ranch though. Good prices too. Just wasn’t impressed with my first experience

I missed out on the "old Austin" experience, but this spot still has that charm. Amazing customer service, they treat you and feed you right! Even the gluten free sandwiches are HUGE which is such a luxury. The owner really cares so much about what he does and keeping folks happy. Don't get that often these days so that's very appreciated ✨

the time has come for my review. i been here the last 3 Sundays trying new items + fries everytime. Alas, the fries are amazing everytime, consistency.i had a corned beef rueben first, really good. then i had the burger REALLY good. 2/18 i had the pastrami rueben, that thing was amazing! the size was worth is for the price. i sent 2 people pictures of it and they were intrigued about the place. still got a couple more items i gotta try but this place is official. i've seen it for years and never did my due diligence in research, better late than never.

We decided to go to this place on a whim after seeing the Reuben on google maps, and boy, they did not disappoint!We got the Reuben and the French Dip, both of which were phenomenal, especially the Reuben! If you get the fries, be sure to get their chipotle mayo dipping sauce!We will be back again soon for more sammies and to check out the live music! Thanks again for the great service and great food!
