Ok, I'm quite a P. Terry's fan. However: this was my first visit to this store. About 2:30 pm, quick late lunch. I walk in, an employee is wet mopping the floor. Has "wet floor" sign deployed. I carefully make my way to the counter and order. While I wait, the employee continues to wet mop the floor, including around the feet of diners who are eating. I get my order and carefully take it to my table. I go back to the counter for napkins and ketchup. As I'm dispensing ketchup, said employee mopper is now literally mopping right around my feet. She probably got my shoes wet (I don't care about that), but seriously - ensuring your customer's next steps are going to be taken in soapy water? My hair and beard are completely gray, it's obvious I'm not a nimble teenager. I now VERY gingerly make my way to my table to eat. The mad mopper is in close pursuit, once again making sure the tile next to my seat is thoroughly covered in soapy water... I get it, keeping the store clean while open is a challenge, but do you realize that slip and fall claims and lawsuits are a drain on corporate profit? Plus customers who break limbs through your negligence are unlikely repeat customers (even if they become part owners through lawsuit awards?) C'mon, P. you can do better. Thinking a little bit costs nothing.

I love the special sauce here! Burgers are always cooked right, the service is good especially for a quick cheap drive through. One worker here named Nico is always friendly and informative and seems to be in a better mood than the rest consistently, i've encountered him over the past year a couple times and he's always super nice he more than definitely deserves a raise for all his hard work!

Fast food burgers and fries. Nothing fancy. Just great food at a great price.I got a cheeseburger combo, and my wife got a bacon cheeseburger combo. Both were excellent.We spent less than $20 for our two combo meals. Unheard of today, but it was excellent. Really surprised they weren't busier with those prices.

Food came out super quick from Drive-thru. Double cheeseburger was 10/10, chicken sandwich was only 6/10, fries were great though so overall would definitely go back for burgers. Small but the price is right!
i just wanted my special sauce, girl asked me no ketchup im the bag right. and i had 6 ketchup and no special sauce. and the line is always long. there’s another p terrys off oak knoll, go there

Table was dirty. Had to clean it ourselves. If I hadn't already ordered would have left. The person taking our order got it wrong. After sitting down starting noticing just how dirty and greasy the restaurant was. Trash under tables and on the floor along the walls. Finally got the food and wow, it was terrible. A tiny little cheese burger with more lettuce than meat. Had to pull lettuce off just to be able to tell there was meat because patty was so small. Burger was bland and cold. One person in my group got a chicken sandwich and I tried it. It was horrible. Food was overpriced and bland. This was my first visit to a P Terry's and I was pretty excited to try it. Huge disappointment. Never again. Deserves 0 stars. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Morning service is horrible. Waited at drive thru to place an order yelling in the box for someone to help, finally got help just to wait 15 minutes for my food and the Hispanic woman that was taking the money was very rude and in personable as if I was bothering her. Will not go this location again. They want the morning business but don’t want to work when we arrive. Wake up!!! It’s a job!!!
