In 'N Out is walking through the desert when it comes upon a mysterious lamp. After rubbing it, a genie magically appears and grants the restaurant three wishes. In 'N Out gives it some thought and says, "I wish I was a little bit cheaper," to which the genie nods. Encouraging In N' Out to continue, it asks again, "I wish I had more menu items." Finally, the In N' Out lets out a sheepish smile. "Ok, ok, I know my fries suck. I wish I had tasty fries." The genie smiles, crosses his muscular arms, and nods his head violently, with a brilliant flash of smoke. Suddenly, the In N' Out becomes a P. Terry.

Burgers were ok, I would have like more seasoning. Fries were good, seemed fresh cut, fried, a bit greasy with just the right amount of salt. Also had a rootbeer shake, not a float but sort of like a vanilla shake with rootbeer favoring and very yummy.

We had 40 burgers and fries delivered to our wedding from Stand #31 as a late night snack. Within minutes none left... most of our guests were from out of state and we wanted to introduce them to our favorite burger place in Austin. The GM Jonathan helped me out about two weeks before to iron out details and even delivered it for us which they do not do. Mr. Jonathan Armas and his crew are superstars . I don't care who you are P Terry's is better than In n out.

Westlake location manager Erick. Cleanest restaurant I have been in since 2020. Every chair pushed in, clean countertops , floors shinning , Kitchen spotless. My old location Lamar and 34th had to quit. Dirty. Worst homeless guy naked in bathroom washing himself. Comes out and gets burger and fries out of trash across from cashier. Throws burger against the wall and then gets drink cup out of trash. Fills drink then washes his hands in the lemons at condiment stand. The employees there are nice and friendly, but they can not control who comes in.

Food is absolutely immaculate! This is my first bbq experience in Texas and it did not disappoint! We got beef ribs, brisket, pork kebab, sausage, Mac & cheese, potato salad and peach cobbler! I loved absolutely everything, but my favorite had to be the brisket and beef rib! It was soooo tender and with their bbq sauce just melted in your mouth!!! I've never had Terry's or Franklin's so I can't compared to how they make it but we came here around 2 and they had everything vs when we tried to go to the other bbq spots they had already ran out of everything so we opted to not go. I would definitely be back!!
Very good burger for a perfect price. There are no tables inside, but you can eat outdoor in a nice area.

Negligent staff. Served me cold food after letting it sit on the counter while I waited (& they served other people). To add insult to injury, they put pickles in my burger even though removing them was the only modification I requested.Leaving this review since it’s not my first bad experience at this location.
