Amazing workers! When I ordered catered food, one of the workers helped, bring it to my car! It was such a sweet gesture And really helped me out! The food looks fresh, they were cooking it when I arrived! Thank you so much!

Every time I order 60% of the Time they give me the wrong order when telling them they are wrong they look confused and look for a manager of someone that can help them tell them what on the receipt they don’t refund online order so you have to wait your hole lunch break to fix it I want my REFUND!

Food was great but service was poor. I was hoping to order a plate with 1/2 orange chicken and 1/2 chow mein with a separate side of fried rice, but it seemed to have confused the worker who was helping me. He was not understanding my request and frustratingly scooped the fried rice out of the plate as I was explaining my order. I received my 1/2 orange chicken and 1/2 chow mein, but never got my fried rice. I was honestly so disappointed and irritated to even go back for my fried rice. I work in the food industry as well and feel that I am quite understanding, but the service was so poor. Do better please. I felt like my order was such an inconvenience to this young man. You’ll get half the portions here compared to other Panda Express locations but when employees eat they fill their plates until there’s no space left. Just see yourself.

Food was amazing! Aaron did amazing, I believe he’s the manager in the black shirt. As soon as I got in line he acknowledged me and right when he he finished helping me, someone cashed me out and he jumped back in the kitchen! Amazing leadership and customer service!

I was in the restaurant on 5/2/23 and I was treated so badly. The guy didn’t even greet me and spoke to my friend asking him how he was and looked at me and gave me a dirty look.I placed my order to go and went to pay. He refused to speak to me while I was checking out and spoke to my friend telling him to have a good day. I was treated so poorly and left in tears.My money spends just as good as the next person who works hard. I shouldn’t have to be mistreated because of life circumstances that I would rather not have but endure all the same. I don’t care if you don’t like me but if you work in customer service one should learn how to put one’s feelings aside and do the job that is assigned to you.I will never go back to Panda Express and give them my hard earned money again.

Was in the mail without lunch and this seemed a healthy alternative. It was pretty sugar laden. Ordered a bowl with orange chicken and vegetables. The vegetables were mostly broccoli with a bit of cabbage but it tasted good. The orange chicken was very good but very sweet. I didn't finish the broccoli as it was too much of the same flavor.Service was fast, employees seemed bored. It was a decent lunch for the mall. I would probably try something different next time but they were not bad.

I was in this restaurant after the lunch rush on Tuesday, April 2nd. When I walked into the restaurant I greeted the asshole behind the counter not knowing what was in store for me. When I greeted him I said hello how are you and he didn't respond. He just stood there giving me a dirty look. He greeted my friend and then I was ready to place my order and he he very nasty like told me I was in the wrong place and needed to move down the counter. I proceeded with my order and wento pay for my food and I looked at him and said have a good day and he AGAIN would not speak to me and told my friend goodbye and have a nice day. He treated me sooooo badly I left the restaurant in tears. I will never go back to Panda Express and give them my hard earned money again. My money spends just as good as the next person and I shouldn't have to be treated badly by a grown ass man who should know better. If I got his name I would post it too but I was so flustered and upset when I left I forgot to get his name.

I just recently went to this panda's Express inside Barton Creek mall I purchased two meals and two Sprite bottles I did not notice the Sprite bottles were missing until I got home I've called to figure out some type of refund or something but no one answers so not cool cuz I live more than 30 minutes away ??
