Very disappointed with the portion size of food at this location and the lady who portioned out our food was very stingy with it. As if it would affect her if she could put a reasonable amount of the protein. She also had attitude when we kindly asked if she could add a bit more. Unprofessional to say the least….

It's an ok place. The food is mediocre, but we all know that already. The service here is good, and the employees are friendly, but the management was pretty rude. Overall, not a bad experience! Will I come here again for 3 stars? Absolutely. Because I'm not rich and I need that taste of try-nese! (Because it's not real Chinese... get it?)

Customer svc Cashier Santana made our trip all the more awesome! She was on point very knowledgeable, helped with suggestions when the kitchen was running slow. Later in the night, the choices dwendle but thats just how it goes. Santana was Very fast very courteous, and deserves to be assessed for management potential. Make sure you take care of your good employees, they are hard to find

Paulita R. Is rude! Very poor customer service. I feel bad for the staff members who have to work with her. Her poor attitude towards customers and dismissive perspective towards staff members inspired me to go somewhere else for dinner each night. I live within walking distance of the Anderson Mill location but don't mind going to the Round Rock location for better service.

Physical sizes for the To go bowls and plates are getting smaller and prices are getting larger. If you are going to increase your prices than you should not decrease your portions.

There were hardly any dishes available & according to their info, they close @10pm! I went in @545pm!!! This dude, Jerome simply did not want to provide “customer service” when the items I wanted were not available UNTIL!!!!!! I asked TWICE!! Is there anymore comin out! & tries to The RELUCTANCE to put ANY effort! Astounding! If this your “new” definition of customer service?? We’re gonna be knee deep in trouble! I’ve been to this location once before during Covid, it’s still just as bad!!
