It's Papa Johns, they are all pretty much the same. Forgot one of my pizzas, called up and was told to come down and get it after I had it delivered. Showed up next day and got a coupon for a free pizza. Coupon expired thats on me though.

Tony claimed to be the manager and promised to remake my pizza that THEY MESSED UP. Pizza never showed up they left me with a pizza I couldn't eat after waiting 2 hrs. I have an allergy to cheese so I made sure I ordered my pizza with no cheese. When I called back to get an update Tony refused to answer my call.I don't recommend this store.

Oh thank you Papa John’s I know when I order a fresh hot pizza I expect it to be just left outside in 17degree weather so when I do find it, it’s like taking it out of the fridge. I ordered a spicy sausage, chicken and spinach pizza and 2 orders of spicy lemon pepper wings. My order was wrong and Tony was very nice and understanding. He was willing to replace the whole order and pay for delivery. My husband and I decided that we wanted to reorder our replacement order and no one ever answered the phone after calling multiple times for over a hour. My husband ended up having to go to the store and Tony remade the wings. However, the order was still incorrect. He informed us that they are short staffed! I called multiple times in the last week to speak with a manager and no one answered. I went to the store on yesterday to speak with the manager (Jack). He was very rude to me and his customer service is absolutely terrible! As a manager, he needs better training or doesn’t need to be a manager. He slammed his hand on the counter at me, asked me what do I expect or want him to do. I told him that I would just come back and talk to Tony. He told me that Tony can’t make any decisions, he’s not a manager; he’s just a crew manager. Which he contradicted himself! He walked off shaking his head and slid my receipt at me. He will definitely lose a lot of customers with that attitude and demeanor! However, Tony professional and has great customer service. Jack could learn from him. He claimed that his name is Jack but I honestly don’t know if it’s really his name.

Don't order from this place. Can't get the order right. Can't be bothered to answer the phone. Several bad experiences, so it's not just a one-time issue. Dominos across the street is top notch, pay the extra dollar or two. Would give zero stars if possible.
Rude ppl I came in for a delivery and pick up waited a long time to attend me they look at you and continue doing what they doing by talking and when you tell them what you order or anything bad attitude answering with bad attitude like if they hate there job. Bad

Very small pizza outlet open only for pickup or delivery.Ordering is quick and easy through the Papa Johns website and pizza was ready as per scheduled time.We ordered several toppings large pizza but they were scarce and not properly distributed on the half and half which ended up making it more chicken and less vegetarian pizza.

Can't ever get ahold of the store on the phone to figureout why my orders an hour late or marked delivered when it wasnt , when i go up there i cant communicate theres never 1 person who can speak english even a little bit , delivery times are twice what they say and pizza arrived cold.
