Really enjoyed my bowl of pho with steak and brisket. Broth seemed legit. Noodles were in a clump so had to get them separated and let them soften more, which I've not previously had to do with pho. Customize with however much basil, jalapenos, bean sprouts, cilantro, hoisin and chili sauce to get the flavor profile you like. So good! My husband enjoyed his banh mi as well. We shared a bowl of steamed broccoli and carrots on the side and tossed those with his extra sauce to flavor them. We'll be back!

Absolutely amazing. It's a tiny place with big taste. It is extremely difficult to find good restaurants in Austin, but if you want great Pho and great Banh mi, this is the place to get it. As a matter of fact the entire menu is amazing. The staff is friendly and fast, plus they have never messed up my order. If you're ever in our neighborhood, make it a point to stop by and have a great lunch

The place looks amazing inside, and they really went all out decorating for Christmas. The menu is actually pretty interesting with a lot of build your own options including some off the wall menu selections like loaded fries or tacos, but the Pho and Rice/Noodle plates absolutely slap. Also great spot to get some boba tea!

Pho was served with vermicelli noodles instead of pho noodles. Why is that important? Vermicelli noodles are very thin noodles, when cooked and especially when they sit in hot both cooking some more they get very mushy, some of the noodles were clumped together. This is a texture issue with the dish. But the both and everything else was amazing! It shocked me because ive never seen something this good failed on something so basic as wrong noodles / over cooked texture.I would definitely get it again IF they used the correct noodles.The atmosphere, I would prefer to have it themed for the culture instead of offensive pagan music. ( Not a big deal but not everyone wants to be forced to listen to this. )
