I'm always leery when Texans recommend pizza places to me. Was happy to find that all the great reviews for Pieous are well deserved. Excellent, very true Neapolitan style pizza, with the familiarity of NYC.Let your slice cool to really bring out the starchiness and flavor of their sourdough-based crust, while the rest of the toppings satisfy you with their freshness and quality.Looking forward to exploring deeper into their menu.

Incredibly tasty lunch. The pastrami sandwich was melt in mouth delicious and the pizza was very flavorful. The crust was not as well done as we like, but the fresh ingredients made up for it

Imbecilic process for dining in. I love they have the audacity to ask for a tip after standing in an amusement-park sized line (they even have ropes)! Solid food, horrible process. I’m local but I won’t be back. Too bad food “and service” wasn’t your religion.

Super excited to try this location after seeing it on Guy Fieri food network show! Didn’t try a pie, but had the pastries and pastrami. The pastries I had of the croissant and cinnamon roll were as advertised, AMAZING & DECADENT! The layers of the croissant are noticeable and buttery as advertised in the episode on Food network. My parents really enjoyed the coffee too. Only 4 stars because the pastrami sandwich was okay, but will comeback for the pizza.
