Bad service, Got delivery, old man came knocking on my door rudely. I was in the shower I did not hear him the first time. Opened the door he wasn't there, Then came knocking again harshly, "this is your pizza RIGHT'" Do better Pizza Hut, don't hire old ass delivery drivers.

Target in Austin is the best store to go shopping! The employees and customers are kind and respectful! The store is inspected monthly! The store is clean!

I'm so upset! somehow I got the wrong pizza. I got someone el order and Idk how to request a refund because the websites doesn't even give much information. The store is closed. I am frustrated. I don't know if it was Doordash's responsibility or the store or both but I paid for a pizza that I can't even eat.

pathetic service. i ordered a veggie lovers pizza, they ended up delivering me veggie lovers pizza with pepperoni. when I called to get refund the employee started to curse me out. pathetic service. just close down this store.

We ordered pizza for a group who did a favor for us - promised to feed them after we completed the task at hand. I used the online ordering system. My order was for 7 PM Eastern time, and the website indicates they are open until 8 PM. The order never came, and the group went home hungry at 7:45 PM. I tried to call the store several times, but the voicemail indicated they were closed. I tried to contact the store on the next day, and it kept going to voicemail indicating they are closed. There is no way to leave a message. I attempted to call the Pizza Hut customer service line and emailed customer service. Unfortunately they do not open until 2 PM Eastern time. At this point, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I pre-paid for the pizza, and I have not been refunded. This experience has completely made me lose confidence in ordering from (any) Pizza Hut. I cannot depend that their food will come, or that I will get a refund for food that does not come. The most disappointing part is that I could not reach anyone for assistance when I needed it. Moving forward, I'll be purchasing pizza elsewhere. Update - after almost a week of trying to contact Pizza Hut, I still haven't been able to resolve this issue. I've attempted to call the business, and the phone still goes to voicemail. I called headquarters and left a message. I was told someone would rerun my call in up to 72 business hours. I also used the online contact system, and I received an automated reply.

Ya know! I've had lots of Pizza & Wings in my life! But this was the BEST I've had in a very long time!! BIG SHOUT OUT to manager Joanna & driver Elijah & of Course the CHEF‼️Honey BBQ Wings were the BEST‼️Nice & Crispy, fat & juicy! Won't answer the phone to let me cancel my order. On hold for over an hour with no response. No way to cancel online. Delivery wait over two hours.

We ordered delivery like 2 hours ago. We called not too long ago because it had been a long time and the lady that answers says it was delivered. We're still on the phone and we tell her that there's nothing it didn't get delivered to us. She claims she can't hear us and hangs up. We tried calling back but it is 11PM already therefore it goes to the machine because they are "closed".

Purchased a large Meat Lovers pizza with extra cheese this evening and it was HORR-I-BLE. Once I got home and looked at it I thought they gave us the wrong pizza. It looked like a sausage and pepperoni pizza. Finally, saw some ham and bacon. In addition, the crust was soggy because it was not fully cooked. If we had not just experienced a snow storm with frigid temperatures, I would have taken the pizza back. Plus, I just finished working 12 hours and I was too tired. We won't be back!

Thank you for the discourteous service and for failing to communicate your store policies in these times of COVID-19. I can easily purchase a sit down, home style meal for less than the $16+ I paid for a personal pan pizza and six hot wings. Thank you for reminding me of my New Years resolution to eat healthier and to be more watchful of where I spend my food dollars. Spaghetti with cheese and garlic bread can satisfy a pizza and carb craving.

Placed an order for delivery, 30 min later I received a text saying it was out for delivery waited over an hour for it to arrive then called the restaurant just for them to tell me it's not even out for delivery and it's gonna be another hour before it's out. An hour passes still no food. Called back for a refund that I couldn't get. They offered me store credit.
