This was our first time visiting this location. We were there for about an hour and a half to two hours. A majority of that time was spent waiting at our table for the food, unfortunately. Maybe they were having an off day, but we put the kids meal order (corn dog with Mac and cheese) in with the app order so that it would be ready soon-ish for our hangry child. It took an hour for the corn dog to come out. It was a little disappointing considering there were empty tables around us, so they definitely weren’t as busy as pluckers can usually get. The food was good when it ended up coming out, though! The lemon pepper is our favorite, but they’ve added a lot of flavors! The gochujang is also really good if you like something a little more spicy. I would highly recommend joining the waitlist before you get there and just waiting in your car because there’s no waiting area inside or outside of the building.

It is the first time I went to eat there, the logical Sunday waiting time is 30 minutes is fine, another 30 minutes waiting for the food and the waitress comes and tells us that our order went to another table ok we continue waiting, there is a member missing eat and they are going to tell us that we are ready for the ticket and I thought they took so long with the food and they want us to leave quickly :/, then when paying they charged us twice for the appetizers and well at least they gave us a refund, but we will return to eat there, I don't think so...

Always good food and service. My only complaint is that I wish they'd stop nickel and diming you for additional dressing portions. I mean come on, one little cup of Ranch is not going to be enough for my boneless wings. I also like to have blue cheese as well.

They forgot to give me waffle fries with a wing combo every single time I’ve ordered takeout with them like 5 times in a row. And when I called them, they put me on hold for more than 10 mins saying they will get a manager, only to have another cashier pickup, making me repeat what I just said to another cashier. Never got hold of the manager and the cashier couldn’t even tell me how much exactly I would be refunded. Regardless of the amount of refund, having to call them every time for a missing order while trying to eat my wings is just annoying.

Family of 8 dined-in for a celebration. It took almost an hour and a half to get our food! The waiter would just walk by and say " your order is coming" like 5 times. When it finally came it was cold and all wrong! Then trying to pay was another 45 minutes. Total time 3 and 1/2 hours from start to finish.
