Food is good but they can’t figure out online order pick up time. They are dishonest with the pick up times. I don’t know if that is an automated system that is broken or they try to tell you an inaccurate time to get you to order from them. This is the 3rd time I’ve come at or after the pick up time and it’s been twenty minutes or more of a wait time.

We have been to pluckers so many times our name is on the wall, literally. We went in tonight late, the restaurant was not busy, but the bartender was too busy talking to friends to fill the orders from the tables. Terrible.

what terrible service! very bad experience, there were many unoccupied tables and there was no need to wait 30 minutes, additionally when we could be at a table, they never came close to give us attention, the waiters are standing, without having the slightest intention of approaching and taking the order Another 30 minutes without anyone coming to the table, looking everywhere looking for someone who could help us, we stopped disappointed at the terrible service

We are now becoming regular customers here at Pluckers. I absolutely love the staff here, specially the bartenders!!! Absolutely amazing service each and every time we go. Drinks are always perfect, and the spicy lemon pepper wings are always our favorite.My husband and I, now just start going straight to the bar, Eve and her sister are the perfect duo! We’ve had a pleasure of having one or the other and sometimes both behind the bar!!! Tonight we got a great pleasure of meeting Brittaney -who was fantastic!!

We always have the worst service at this location. I recommend not eating here until management/staff changes. 02/21/2024I’d write out everything that happened, how I was called a b!tch by our server, but it’s not even worth my time. No one will read it and nothing will happen.However, I’ll take a few minutes tomorrow to find the right person in charge who can, and hopefully will, make a difference.We’ve come here from time to time for years now and the service never changes.. After two bad visits, we stopped going to this location unless we were absolutely craving it, or invited by other couples. It’s beyond sad that no one cares enough about this location to focus the time and effort needed to turn it around.Do better, be kinder.
