I got the 50/50 tuna and salmon Big Jim and the poke was very fresh and the flavors were great. It's a little pricey for the amount of food you get but I enjoyed it.

I actually worked here YEARS ago but I am coming at it from an outsider’s perspective despite anything that happened in the past. I don’t even think the manager I worked under is there anymore. I came back to try it again for the first time in a while. Still pretty much the same menu they’ve had since. The food is pretty good. They have decent menu options. I will say I’ve never had a bad meal there. Not the BIGGEST portions ever but decent amount nonetheless. This location is definitely small. Small building with a few tables and like…one or two wooden tables right near the lot. Not the best. Not any nice outdoor setting. So…generally, worth a try. The guy working that last time I went was pretty friendly. I will also say it was kind of tough eating the poke out of the pint containers (had to mix it up out of them). I took it to go to have it at the park and it was definitely hard to mix cuz it was so full in that small container. So. If you’re eating it there or going home and using another bowl, that is best. Still possible but … some rice fell out while mixing. HahKid-friendliness: Just a restaurant so…kid friendly.

This surfer chain belongs in this tiny “strip mall” / gas station center. It is tiny and barely furnished. The menu is simple and direct. This place has ruined me on poke anywhere else in this town. I have brought two Hawaii dwellers and they are both poke snobs. This place impressed them and is now their poke spot too!If they have it or can they will do dietary accommodations. They even have Tamari for gluten free folks.Vegetarian options: They used to have tofu. I would double check if they still do. Maybe only pescatarianDietary restrictions: I am keto and just get with no sauce or tamari Very good for gf people.Parking: There are like 3 or 4 spots.Kid-friendliness: If your kids love raw fish like mine it is super friendly to allWheelchair accessibility: The whole plaza looks like it is falling apart so it is pretty bumpy ramps and sidewalks.

First visit and it didn't disappoint. We all love poke and there are truly many options to combine and make the perfect meal custom designed by you. To me it looked if you're unhappy with your meal you must have combined things that don't go well together as you imagined they will. I didn't fancy the free miso soup, but that's a freebie anyway.

Poke is good but pricey. Obviously a location that's been there for a long time. It could use a good facelift. Staff was gracious. Lunch was good and quick.
