I was here yesterday. They were out of a couple menu items and while the worker was not using her phone, she served me a pepperoni pretzel that was dropped on the counter because she wasn’t paying full attention. The line was 11 people less the auntie Anne’s but at what cost.

We have been faithful customers here, but each visit has gotten worse recently. The pretzel bites are either hard as a rock or undercooked.

We ordered the "stuffed" pretzels. Would not recommend, there was really no cheese in this things. Would love to add the picture but I don't see the option.

Second time I have been here and the lady at the oven never has her mask over her mouth and nose. Not acceptable !

It was hard to communicate (they don't speak good English). And they didn't know how to use the pretzel maker gift card I had which is the only reason I came.

Ripped off a special needs kid. He bought a smoothie for 5.99 and she took $7 when I went to count his change and she also used a $3 reward I had on the account. By the way there's no sales tax. When I confronted her about why my $3 reward wasnt on the account, all of a sudden my pretzel was 99 cents. We're never going back. There's plenty of other smoothie places in the mall that don't rip off special needs adults. Pathetic.

Best snacks...the amount of amount it comes with is amazing? The staff are very respectful and friendly

The man who greeted me was rude, insisted that their pricing had changed and kept on making jokes in very poor taste. The fact that the pretzel bites were raw in the middle was poorly disguised by the overabundance of salt giving the bites a crunchy coating bound to being about heart problems in one sitting.

Rip off. Combos are clearly stated on the window. They tried to charge me 8$ plus for a combo listed at $5.99.

Booth in middle aisle on mall beneath food court. I decided to treat myself to some pretzel bites and a coke slurpee. I know. Not the healthiest. Regardless, the food was yummy and hit the spot for something to munch on and celebrate conquering the mall for an hour. $7 for combined deal.
