I so very rarely write reviews for places- but I felt compelled to do so. I had a Zoom call that ran WAY over the time it was scheduled for- which had my laptop battery on 5%. I brought my charger with me, and when I went to plug it in, the only outlets immediately available to me were 2 pronged, when of course, I needed a 3 prong. So I got myself up, found a 3 prong outlet, and stood there as my laptop got a little bit of juice. One of their employees kindly pointed out the charger right by my seat, but I told them it wasn't what I needed, unfortunately. Without a second thought- two of their employees found a new extension cord that had 3 prongs, swapped out the other cord, all so that I could post back up where I was. I have NEVER seen customer service that went above and beyond like that since I've moved to Texas 7 years ago. Bravo Progress!!!

Layback coffee cafe, right off of I-35. Good vibes at his cafe, the scenery, atmosphere, cleanliness, and choice of brew. Coffee to beer and sodas, the pastries are worth trying.Progress Coffee + Beer is local while makes it one of a kind.

I loved this place the first time I went, especially the tea rose latte. Unfortunately, on my latest visit, I was informed they make this syrup only seasonally, even though there was no indication of this on the menu board and the item was still there. This should definitely be noted for customers to be aware of... Also the service was very slow, with only one gal behind the counter taking orders, making coffees, and restocking from pantries elsewhere in the store while another person (unsure if a worker) sat at the counter talking to her. Fixing these things would definitely bring my rating to a 5

The “ Thunder “, which is a cold Brew Coffee mixed with some sweetener is Tasty and gets you going ! I would suggest trying that drink !

Very nice barista who made a beautiful East Side latte that was delicious! Also had a great bagel with a plentiful amount of cream cheese-love that! Nice space - airy and clean. Will need to come back and sit out back when it's cooler-there is a large outside area and stage. Not a ton of parking but I suspect you can park along the street to the east.

This is a great coffee shop / bar. Excellent breakfast tacos at the food truck behind. The box truck is a secret speakeasy on the evenings and for special events. Serving up a full bar I believe and a decent beer selection. Not to mention coffee. Go check it out.

Really cute with lots of indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of outlets! + Great hosts and service and were able to customize my drinks how I liked it, I got a peppermint hot chocolate but they can add the syrup to anything. Beautiful lighting wish it was busier.
Great place, specially for the younger crowd.
