Liz was outstanding! She has the most amazing disposition. We had a lot of requirements for our move and went back and forth between our decision with units. We even pushed our move in date and Liz was patient but above all had the best attitude with helping us all throughout the process, could not recommend her more! She showcased the best attributes of the property itself and so far we are LOVING it!!

I have been loving my time in my apartment in AMLI. The front office was super friendly and flexible with my move in date, the views are amazing, access to the trail is like very few apartments and Shelbi was tremendously supportive with different maintenance requests.

Loving living at AMLI South Shore so far! Miriam my leasing agent was great in helping me pick the best floorplan. Move in was a breeze and she took me through an orientation that was very helpful. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly and the team is super nice. You can't beat the location with great food options close by and access to Lady Bird Lake. New package lockers being installed to help with the high volume of deliveries. Very happy with this community!

I just moved here a week ago, Adan has been a great help to process everything and make sure everything goes smoothly. So far, I've been enjoying the nice neighborhood, fun neighborhood and great amnesties. I'm also happy with the quality and the design of the apartment. Everything clean and looks great!

The entire office staff is the best I've ever had. I brought my dog to my tour, and all of the girls were so excited to meet him. He was so happy to get the attention and that's when I first knew that I was going to love it here. And I don't normally leave reviews but Adan was so helpful through every step that he also deserves a special shout out. He got me scheduled for a tour, called me to make sure I knew there were 2 units available in the floor plan and then helped me decide between the two, and the day I got my keys was smooth and easy, it didn't even feel real compared to some of my past experiences. Now I've been living here for about 3 weeks, and I still haven't had a single negative interaction. My neighbors and the staff are nice, the location is amazing, and there are cute dogs everywhere you go. No complaints!

This place is incredible! I've lived here for a little over 6 months and LOVE it. I've been in Austin for 2 years and my only regret is not moving to Amli South Shore sooner. The maintenance team is incredibly fast, friendly and easy to speak with. The hallways are cleaned every weekday, and the amenities are always clean and tidy (even after the Huge Super Bowl parties). Being so close to downtown, I was worried about safely walking my dog on the complex at night. But the security team is incredible, and I haven't had a single issue. I've never felt so safe in my apartment, especially in Austin. Guest parking is pretty good, and I've never had an issue for my friends to find parking.My favorite part of this complex is the leasing staff. I think it's the most important part of any apartment complex, as it's up to them to fix any issues. They are amazing at keeping the community updated with timely emails and updates. They consistently ask for feedback AND act on the responses from residents. Amenities are always being improved upon, like getting new TV screens, lockers, and speakers. Liz is my favorite, she is honestly incredible. She is friendly, welcoming and amazing at solving any questions or concerns I have. If you have a problem, Liz can solve it.While the units are expensive, this is one of the rare places where it's worth it to spend the extra money. They put the money back into the complex maintenance, safety, and amenities. I'll be staying here as long as I am in Austin.

Adan has been so helpful with the move in process!! He answers emails with any questions I have so fast and is very thorough with everything that needs to be done prior to moving in. Highly recommend asking for him if you come to AMLI South Shore.

I arrived with movers and everything ready to move-in to a unit that I had only seen model of prior. I got into my unit and did not like the location and road noise, so was concerned if there was anything I could do to shift my options. You can imagine I was feeling upset and didn’t know how the leasing office team, who was super lovely up until then, would react to my ask to move into another unit on the same day….Joyce was epic - she showed me another unit option, made me feel seen, worked with her team there to flip new lease info and got me into another unit within 2 hours. Liz, Adan and the whole team here made me feel in as much ease as possible and I could not have asked for a better community!Thank you for making a difficult situation into an amazing one!

The good = Great location, nice units, easy access to walking trails, food trucks on site The bad = Expensive, management is average at best, lots of small issues, not a "value" rent We enjoyed living at AMLI, but the issues that came up and the lack of help we received are frustrating. Our AC unit broke down at least 5 times and it took a long time for it to be fixed. More than 10 fire alarm tests were sounded off for extended periods of time in a 12-month period. One of them scared our dog into chewing blinds and that resulted in a $200 charge. Spent $500 on paddleboard storage and my board was stolen or cleaned up by maintenance, no help from management. Although it may have been recently changed, towing company they hired was awful and expensive. Package room is a mess, so we had a couple packages that were lost. The common area by Lady Bird Lake can only be used until 9:30pm, including weekend nights. Elevators went out a few times throughout our lease. Scaffolding was left next to the apartment building for over two months. In addition to rent and utilities premium, I would recommend budgeting a couple hundred dollars for various issues that may come up. You pay for a luxury apartment but do not get the luxury experience.

Beware front desk staff lying about the security deposit. I paid $1225 security deposit + $75 application fee and was told $1000 would be refundable for several weeks prior to the move in date if I cancelled. I called today to request that refund (3 wks prior to move in - within the window we were told we could be refunded) and were told ZERO is refundable. We were told there's only 24 hrs from approval or rejection of the application to request the refund. That's definitely NOT what was said and we were more than 1 person who heard the lie. Read everything you sign and record those conversations with the staff. VERY disappointed!

This is the best apartment anywhere on Riverside Dr or close to the lake. It is very well- maintained and run. The premises are always clean, and any requests are always completed quickly. Adan and Joyce are super- friendly and did an awesome job helping me transfer to a different unit. All units are really nice regardless of size.
