I thought Texas BBQ is tops. Didn’t find it today.Ordered:Brisket sandwich- very average.Beef sandwich-was tasty but very greasy and 50% contained chunks of solid fat-gross!Beans-significantly undercooked. no flavor, only smoke.Good friendly and efficient service. I hope they do better on an average day. Our food experience below average.

I came from ct to find some of the best bbq in Austin and man, this place knocked it out of the park. Tender, flavorful, perfectly cooked brisket , sausage that had the bite through snap, all piled high in between seemingly simple bread - worked like a concert of flavors in each bite. I had the Playboy sandwich - and then asked for a brisket taco w slaw on it. The meat fell out out the sandwich - in a good way! The slaw wasn't over powering and the crunch of fresh onions with the fatty brisket was on point. The place is worth seeking out...for a late night bbq fest. They don't dissappoint!!

Me and my friend / colleague had a fantastic experience here. The food was exceptional - especially ALL meats and the Mac n cheese. A tip is to bring your own booze & make sure you have time for a meat nap after you

I got the brisket sandwich with everything and the spicy slaw. Both delicious. My daughter's pulled pork sandwich was great. It comes on a jalapeno roll FYI. The service was great. They were very polite and quick. We went in the evening and they sold out of the brisket by 530 on a sunday. We wanted to buy more to bring home to San Antonio. I go to Austin enough that I will definitely be going back

I ordered the Playboy, a sandwich that combines brisket, pulled pork, and jalapeño cheddar sausage. It was excellent. All three barbecue meats were worth ordering on their own merits, but if I were to put them in my personal order of preference, I'd go sausage; brisket; pulled pork.Hard to go wrong.Bonus, for locals: food trailer park is dog-friendly.

On our way to another famous bbq joint but ended up here instead. No lines and the brisket was awesome! Would eat here again in a heartbeat.

The Home Made Spicy Slaw was awesome (10/10)Brisket was great (8/10)Pork belly burnt ends were fun to try (7/10)Cheddar jalapeño sausage (7/10)Bourbon bbq sauce (10/10)
No line and super quick service which is really nice benefit when you consider most places in Austin you'll be waiting in line or waiting for your food. I got the brisket, pork belly burnt ends and jalapeño cheddar m sausage. Everything was really good but not necessarily the best I've ever had. The pork belly burnt ends were a fun and more unique meat, I've had them a few times before and these were perfectly rendered, I actually was kind of hoping they'd have a little more texture. The spicy coleslaw was a standout, one of the best coleslaws I've ever had. Great texture and flavor, not your typical coleslaw that is mushy and half Mayo/cabbage. The barbecue sauces were also exceptionally good, especially the bourbon one!The Home Made Spicy Slaw was awesome (10/10)Brisket was great (8/10)Pork belly burnt ends were fun to try (7/10)Cheddar jalapeño sausage (7/10)Bourbon bbq sauce (10/10)
My first taste of Austin Barbecue and it did not disappoint! The ribs were perfect, tender and juicy with a delicious rub. Mac and cheese was creamy and smokey. The barbecue sauce was phenomenal, wish I could take a gallon home! The beans were not traditional baked beans which was a little disappointing but still tasty in their own way. Overall absolutely delicious!

I wanted to get some barbecue to watch F1 with a friend but I didn't want or have time to wait in line. Having just visited arbor food park and smelled this truck, while also seeing the very good Yelp reviews, I decided to give them a chance. I'm very glad I did! When I pulled up at 11:30 AM on a Sunday, there was no line. I ordered 1.5 lbs of brisket, mac n cheese, okra and tomatoes, and cole slaw. The guy told me it would be 2 minutes. And exactly 2 minutes later I had my Q and I was on my way back home. He was also super friendly, A+ for customer service! The brisket: by no means is this the best in Austin but it is pretty darn good. It wasn't overly greasy or salty which we appreciated. Tender and cooked well and I ate it for 3 meals straight. The slaw: very good flavor! It had a nice kick but good creaminess to balance. Light and refreshing. The okra and tomatoes: yall this right here is a game changer. Smoking okra and tomatoes does wonders to bring out their flavor. I was a big fan. Mac n cheese: I did not eat it but my friend enjoyed it. Overall Rollin Smoke has some solid meat and excellent sides. Plus great, fast service it's a winner in my book. Definitely give them a try!
