Our server Kyle gets an A+ over and over again. Although our food took longer than normal to come out he made the experience fun and personable. The world needs more of him. Thank you Kyle! Food was about an 8.5/10 compared to the last time I visited the one in Vegas. Happy overall though without a doubt. Oh last part, the valet guys were very helpful and great too!
Our host, Nomerica, went above and beyond expectations! It was my son's Graduation from UT-Austin and we had 10 guest. Ruth Chris, Josh ( our waiter ) and Nomerica left no stone unturned. They went over the top to make sure we were accommodated. Service was exceptional, atmosphere was fantastic and the food was delicious! Thank you ? ??

Decided to spontaneously come here with my parents on a Friday night, and was able to get a reservation an hour from our spontaneous decision.The restaurant itself is nice, decorated and on par with other steak houses.I ordered the "Ruth's Classic- Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail." I chose Lobster Bisque for the Soup, and was pretty disappointed with how the soup tasted. I'm a huge fan of Lobster Bisque and had it from many places. This specific serving was very subpar.The steak, lobster tail, and mashed potatoes were very delicious. It saved my poor experience from the Lobster Bisque.Although the main entree itself was good, I rate this restaurant 3/5 because of the Lobster Bisque and how I found hair/ crumbs on our table.
Food was great. Best caesar salad around. Our server, Mike, was very nice and helpful. Would recommend!

This was my first time at the Austin Ruth's Chris location. Visiting during happy hour with a few friends. Service and food was what you'd expect for a Ruth's Chris.
Rombauer dinner was awesome. The scallops, the lamb chops, yum and the boursin crusted filet was cooked perfectly. They have valet, we just didn't know. They have a nice happy hour. Service was great.

Went for the first time for a conference. Staff was top notch, professional, and friendly. Food was fantastic.
Food was fine however two of our party of four ordered the price-fixed menu and never received our potatoes or dessert. When we asked about them, the waiter never apologized and just disappeared. Very disappointing at this price point.

Party of 4; pre drinks at bar and forgot a glass of wine and never told us they were out of ginger beer so also never got a mule. Completely forgot one persons steak and it didn't come out until at least 45min after everyone else's and waiter didn't even realize it was forgotten, we had to call him over and tell him. Took over 30min for a dessert order or crème brûlée and a cheesesteak. Won't go back.

I have been to a decent amount of Ruth's Chris I felt this one was not as nice as the rest. Steaks were overcooked (ordered medium rare) and were not delivered on the standard “sizzling” plate ... not needed but thats is supposed to be a Signature part of their experience .(and what you pay for) Food was still good just not what it can be when you pay that much for food
