worst customer service ever and for the pizza to be decent this place deserves to be non existent and when I asked the waitress she told me she will be right there after we had already waited 15mins

This is one of the worst meals I've had in Austin. Most pizza places have good wings so I didn't think that would be a miss to order the wings. The smoked wings were essentially burnt and almost inedible. The fries were lacking as well and somehow tasted much better the next day which is rare. My husband's pizza did look edible but there are a lot better places to go for pizza and wings in town. Do not recommend.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. This place is a terrible waste of time. I took the day off of work for a mental health day and thought I would take myself out to eat, but this just made my day worse. They completely forgot my order and all I ordered was one slice of pizza. I wasn't even told they didn't make the slice until over 20 minutes after I ordered. They gave me a coupon for five dollars, but I left it as I'll never go back. Don't waste your money. This was an awful experience.

If people say this pizza is good then they have never had real pizza lol . It’s so oily and greasy and floppy like microwave pizza . Can’t expect better for a place meant for drunk people . Avoid if you want good pizza

I ordered the ceaser wrap, chicken was really tough to chew, did not enjoy my wrap, might give them a second chance.

I ordered fries and a Stromboli w/olives and meatballs. The fries were good. The Stromboli, on the other hand…I ate maybe 2-3 bites and tossed the rest. It was definitely undercooked, as the corners, where the crust was thickest, were still doughy inside. And I am certain that these were frozen meatballs rather than fresh. That’s because when I bit into the first one, I could see that the meat was fully cooked, but the meatballs were still cold in the middle. The only way that a meatball would be cold after the item cooked in a 700 degree pizza oven for 6-8 minutes, was if the meatballs were frozen before they were put into it.

Excellent spaghetti and meatball. As good or better than any high dollar Italian restaurant.

Pizza tasted fine, but it was undercooked and soggy. Good drinks. However, prices are way too high for the experience. Won’t be back, there’s better value out there

Been here plenty of times without any issues but today my family and I received some of the worst service ever along with slight racial profiling…we’ve never been asked to put a card on file due to it being the weekend but today was asked to put a card on file after ordering as if we would run off…also a few comments were made as if we couldn’t afford our meal ..will never return !

Delivery order took over an hour and a half to receive so I went to pick it up. Pizza was cold and cut like this. Wouldn't waste my time with this place.

The convenience and speed of service are the best things about this place. I came in on a Wednesday evening, not exactly busy, but they only had 1 server and I could only sit at the bar due to all the tables needed to be cleared. She was handling all front of the house, so I would blame the management for not having enough staff. The calzone was a good portion but the taste was average. I had to ask for extra sauce. I understand due to the location it will be overpriced, but the drink I ordered was $20! Better choices in the area.

The food here is incredible!!! There was a wait and seemed to be short on staff but when we were waited on they were so helpful and nice. We we’re celebrating our anniversary and just wanted a casual atmosphere and we’re wanting good pizza and we were so surprised with how incredible the food was. The meatballs are huge and the fresh bread it comes with is soooo good! The pizza we just wanted to sample because their menu had other things that looked good, but the pizza reminded us of NY pizza and was delicious! We ordered burger and fries and we just split everything and we will definitely be back! This place is a must!

The pizza wasn’t bad, but charging almost $10 a slice after tax is a little much.

Wish I could give zero stars!! Extremely poor service and management. Mediocre food...Lots better options of good value available nearby. Not returning!
