Wow. My husband went through the drive thru and ordered a couple of sandwiches. When he got home we discovered the order was totally messed up, wrong food, prepared incorrectly and very conveniently there is no receipt in the bag as well. It’s not rocket science people! Just another example of poor customer service in a city full of it. Won’t return.

I am severely disappointed in the quality of the "Deluxe Original" that I paid for to have delivered. As you can see what I had delivered instead, is of poor quality and hardly anything in the sandwich. To make matters worse, the platform I used (very popular one) also doesn't seem to care if the order is incorrect.

Why do people eat here, is expensive and not that good? They're probably as expensive as the Cheesecake Factory, except it does not pay off in flavor. Fix your pricing, it's not up to par with the quality.

I went through the drive through today. I ordered a salad. I've come here 5 times before and food was good. This was the most disgusting salad I've ever had. I ate 3 bites and tossed it. The lettuce was soaking wet and mushy at the bottom, avocado slices were squished and brown, looked like they just threw stuff in a container and dropped it several times. A huge greasy pile of bacon bits just thrown at the bottom and some of the lettuce looked weeks old. Never again! $10.99 to throw in the trash.

Employees always have the best attitude well prob cuz im a regular but dat don't matter just don't make ppls days harder than what it alr is it's a fast food joint serving almost wat a restaurant would serve honestly 10/10 specially the older male i think he's Cuban he's chill or both bros with glasses they chill too appreciate yall for always looking out

After a super early day at the hospital, went through the drive thru for lunch. A young mam helped me with my order.While waiting in the car I had a coughing fit. At that moment a lady came up to window stuck her head out and while giving me a threatening look said “what’s the problem???”. I was in shock and told her I had a cough. She then said, “oh I thought there was something wrong”.Unbelievably rude. I work in Psychiatry and can tell she has anger issues.Her name is Raven.
