The drinks are incredible! I was shown this place recently by some friends. It feels almost like a little speakeasy. It has a super cool vibe to it. With both an upstairs and down stairs with completely different feels to it. They also have multiple drinks without alcohol!

Probably one of the better coffee shop in Austin! Oddly enough, in Austin, there's no coffee shop where people can sit and talk in a good coffee shop atmosphere. They all look like a noisy co-working spaces. But not Simona's. The decor is classy. Hopefully it will stay that way.

The place has cute vibes and our drinks were tasty, but sadly we won't be back after our first time.Someone else on Yelp already mentioned the extremely rude barista with the long brown hair a month ago, and it seems like we also had an encounter with her on Sunday. I admittedly didn't tip at the counter because she was short with us to begin with and the drinks were more expensive than other places, but right after my friend ordered and tipped the barista said loudly/sarcastically, "omg thank you SO much for tipping". After we found a spot to sit, she hand delivered the drink to my friend and said she put extra spirit in her drink, then turned to me and said "your drink is at the counter, you need to go get it". We were shocked and felt harassed. I've never been treated like this anywhere I've ever been in my life at coffee/drinks, whether or not I have decided to tip. This aggressive behavior is a fire-able offense and my friend and I both do not feel comfortable coming back to this hostile atmosphere.

My friends and I came here for some drinks. I got a martini with a twist of lemon, my friend got a dirty martini, and my other friend got a Moscow mule which all tasted great. They also got espresso martinis for the second round and those were really good. The workers were very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and warm. The drinks were normal priced (around $15 including tip), I would go back!

Great experience overall. Managed to get my work done and the servers are chill. Best of all, if you’re not a resident your ticket can still get validated, so you don’t gotta worry about paying for parking.
