Costumer service horrible, i made an order of 12 cupcakes online and once i did the checkout i found out about the promotion they had of buying 5 and getting one free and tried to cancel the order and didn't let me, so once i got to the store and try to explained the ladies what happened and they didn't care and didn't do nothing to fix it and were rude and racist at the time, my English is not perfect but I know what I said. This is the last time ill be back to this specific store.

Inside does not smell like a bakery. Cupcakes are unsweetened, dry and bitter. Don't forget very expensive. Bakery lacks customer service.

I had a very poor experience with my Valentine’s Day pick up yesterday. The cupcakes did not taste fresh, and were all messed up — did not look neat and were missing letters. I carried the box flat the entire time. I used to frequent sprinkles when I lived in California and loved it. This was embarrassing to give to my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. I will not return to this location because of this experience.

Quality has gone down... They are still OK but used to be great. Got these for a birthday party and the cake part was dry and kind of flavorless.

A really unique idea with their ATM! It was a short and fun experience with fast service. It is fairly overpriced, and the red velvet cupcake was average. Don't think I would come back but it was a unique experience

Not my favorite cupcake but I adore their ATM! I placed my order in the app for pickup later in the day and the cupcake was boxed and ready when I arrived. The shop is super cute and very conveniently located (if you can find nearby parking) within the Domain. They have a quick pickup ATM for cupcakes if you don't want to go inside/interact with a person/or want a cupcake outside shop hours. The cupcake itself could have been more exciting, especially at the $5+ price point. I've tried their cupcakes twice, and neither tasted as fresh as they claim, or perhaps I expect a more moist cupcake than is their standard. The frosting on the gluten-friendly cupcake was crusty at the edges.

Sprinkles is my absolute favorite and the absolute best cupcake ever. The cake is the perfect consistency, the frosting is the perfect amount of sweetness and amount. Every flavor is divine. The strawberry amd coffee are routine favs but the Holiday Gingerbread is EVERYTHING!!

Smelled bad when I walked in, like they hadn't deep cleaned in weeks, it's that same rotting dairy smell that lingers in a neglected Starbucks. I won't be coming back til that's addressed. Plus costumer service line has you on hold forever. If you're going to have high demand and volume product moving, you need to grow in proportion to your buisiness, and maintain cleanliness.

Not much overhead at this place, the interior appeared sterile. Order on computer, employee comes from back and boxes the cupcakes and your out the door. May as well have a cupcake vending machine.

I preordered a delivery to be a fun holiday gift for my sister. The day of I got a random email saying the order had been canceled. I spoke with Bailey on the customer service number for sprinkles as well as my sister and it seems like the door dash delivery person only tried reaching out to my sister with a blocked number and when she didn’t pick up they immediately canceled the order. Bailey at Sprinkles was very kind and helped to organize a new delivery date/time for the order. An unfortunate situation as it makes DoorDash look bad in the whole situation but I appreciated the customer service of sprinkles, it’s a dying characteristic in a business - so much appreciated.

Sprinkles used to be my favorite cupcakes but my order at the Domain location today was not correct and the cupcakes were definitely not fresh, so disappointed.

I used to love Sprinkles, but like so many places, they have gone downhill. The cupcakes are dry and crumbly. I didn't mind spending $5.00 on a cupcake in the past, but if the quality is not there, there's no point. Their new ordering process is impersonal, and I get annoyed that the system asks for a tip.

Sprinkles is my fave spot to go to when I want to indulge in a good cupcake, but I am too lazy to prepare it at home. As a previous pastry chef, I love the attention to detail sprinkles always gives to all their cupcakes. Disregard the melted icing, as it was in the car with me for a few hours as I traveled before I ate it. I tried the PRIDE cupcake during PRIDE month & for my birthday treat in June, and I was pleasantly surprised. The presentation overall was a 10/10, however it fell a bit short in taste for me. I love sweets, but even this was far too sweet for me to finish. It consists of a moist Funfetti cupcake, with sprinkles that fall out of its center as you cut it. I thoroughly enjoyed trying the cupcake and my followers raves about the review on Snapchat! I am a vegan red velvet gal through and through, and that still continues to be my favorite flavor that I have ever tried from sprinkles. The staff was friendly and even wished me happy birthday!

Just had the chocolate marshmallow cupcake. Had never tried a Sprinkles cupcake and unfortunately will never have another one! They were small -for the cost!- and so dry they fell apart. Hardly any marshmallow filling. The chocolate ganache and cake were bitter. Do not know what the hype is when there are so many other places to try. Sorry Sprinkles, but I would be embarrassed to serve these!
