This isn’t my home Starbucks location but I stopped by today cus I was in the area. Both the window girl working and the one taking the orders were really friendly and sweet! I had a tough morning and having nice people like that just helps make the day better. Possibly the friendliest service from any location!

The food and service are great but it’s not a typical Starbucks for you to be productive. This store is spacious but the food shelf is somehow outside. Operations hour is long at this place. Overall, I will say it’s probably a 3.5 star.

I recently visited this Starbucks and inadvertently left my wallet on the counter while collecting my mobile order. When I realized what I had done, I called and spoke with the shift leader. She kindly informed me that she'd secured it and placed it in their safe, assuring me it would remain untouched until I returned. However, upon retrieval, I discovered several hundred dollars in cash was missing.Attempts to rectify the situation were utterly disappointing. I reached out to the store manager, Nicklaus, multiple times with no response. It took considerable effort to finally communicate with the regional manager, Brittany. After explaining the ordeal, I hoped for a swift resolution, perhaps by reviewing the in-store security footage. However, notwithstanding multiple attempts to contact her again for an update, days of silence followed. Brittany eventually responded, citing too much time had elapsed to review the footage, effectively dismissing my concerns.While the initial oversight was mine, the level of indifference and lack of urgency displayed by the management was astonishing. I had hoped my belongings would be secure in the hands of a trusted brand. Alas, I was mistaken. Their dismissive approach to such a significant issue raises questions about their integrity. For potential patrons of this establishment, be warned: if you value transparency, responsiveness, and trustworthiness in a business, you might want to think twice before visiting this location.

I would Just like to give a shout out to Omar at the window. He gave the best costumer service that i have received from all the Starbucks Ive been too. I know Starbucks can get busy and baristas can get overwhelmed but you can tell he doesn't take it out on costumers at all. He was kind and attentive and was very understanding. I went for my birthday gift and I didn't know that it had expired but he gave it to me anyway and i appreciate that. I saw that many other people like Omar in the reviews and believe he should get a raise!! Once again Thank you Omar!

I'm baffled with all the drinks on the counter that clients twist and turn, grabbing them on the top where you actually drink, to see if it has their name are on it. It's rather disgusting, imho. I'm out.
