Ridiculous. Sign on the door saying to-go only…”no seating and no restrooms.” Starbucks has been going so far downhill as of late. So, I’m to buy an $8 coffee and a $7 snack, and not have access to a restroom to wash my hands?

I’ve been here several times recently for coffee and food I was unable to wash my hands before receiving my drinks and food. This is unacceptable and unusual. They should just close the lobby entirely and have drive-through only if they’re going to close the restrooms and not have seating. I expect to be able to use the restroom and wash my hands before eating, even gas stations can accomplish this. I don’t understand why a multinational corporation can’t get this south Austin location standardized.

Wow!! What an amazing asset this location has in Adrianna. She goes above and beyond in her kindness, conversation, and overall vibe. She literally made my entire day and made me want to come back to this location over and over again!! EVERYONE wants an Adrianna on their team!!

Amelia was the RUDEST employee I have ever encountered at Starbucks. She is actually the only one I’ve encountered at the several locations I frequent. She doesn’t belong working with the public. She’s mean, intimidating and dismissive. Didn’t speak a word to me, shoved my order in my face, no hi, hello, no thank you. NOTHING. She has red hair and is a white younger lady of petite stature. Avoid her if you go in this location.

Lobby has no seating I guess for a good reason ? the baristas were talking smack from behind the counter about a customer. They aren’t used to having people inside apparently. But being over staffed drinks were moving out quickly and taste was up to par ??

Wow, this Starbucks has no tables and chairs inside. So you order and go which was surprising to me at the time , I really wanted to sit down and enjoy my coffee after a long meeting.

I ordered a coffee and the beans were out of stock. As I already paid for it even though it’s out of stock, they suggested the r regular roast. So I thought ok as I really needed the coffee. Instead of making exactly per order except the shots, they made it with dairy instead of oat milk. I am intolerant to dairy which is why I don’t order dairy. I will be vomiting and experiencing cramps for the next couple of days. When I went back in to get this corrected. The staff member got angry at me, spoke to me in a rude and sharp tone and eventually decided to read the printed sticker as guidance on what the hell I ordered. I tried to explain that I’m going to be sick because of this. She made the coffee and then slammed it in front on me. How uncivilized. And this is where I started my day. This sort of aggression should not be allowed in any public service. I will be writing in to Starbucks to complain given my preexisting medical conditions that have been exacerbated because I’m now more sick and got treated in a hostile manner for it. It’s a disgrace and needs to be addressed

This location has terrible customer service. There are no restrooms available for it's customers. Also I took my personal cup as I always do, but didn't get my discount nor bonus stars. It appears as if it's workers do the bare minimum. They obviously don't want to clean restrooms or assure it's regular customers get loyalty points.Parking: It's a very difficult place to get in and out of. Very little parking.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely no seating.
