It's one of the infamous downtown, high traffic locations.But, the service was excellent. The drinks were what we expected.Every single member of the staff talked to us. Thanked us for our business. One staff member said they were busy restocking and would be with us as soon as they could.Great location. Even if they are busy, it will be worth the wait.

This Starbucks does not take mobile orders. This morning they were staffed with at least 4 people and the wait times were almost non existent! The line moved super fast to order and our drinks were ready almost before we could finish paying. It was great!

Offers indoor and outdoor dining.You can charge your orders to room if you’re staying at the Hilton hotel.Kelly, Marla, Felipe and the rest of the crew members on Easter weekend were excellent. Good job guys! Marla is a great barista. Compared to other starbucks this place is terribly slow. They struggle with taking the order, the payment that s using some of Hilton software and the drink preparation take forever .There was 1 customer in front of me who ordered 1 drink. I ordered a cold brew and an ice late. Ordeal took 25min.

They turned around what had been a disappointing day to a long, unpleasant wait at Franklin's, which I went to as part of a group and would never recommend to my worst enemy. The cashier was careful to spell my name correctly on the cup. When I said it doesn't matter, she said "it matters to me." I had an Oleata, and she was careful to get it exactly right. Had one in Maryland I didn't like, but I figured I needed the olive oil today, and it was just perfect. She also validated my opinion and said "you go for the experience, once." She said "locals know that Interstellar is better," but in a nice way. Drink was great, and the barista who made the drink after the cashier took my order was very nice. This is just a stellar Starbucks.

It’s a hotel location Starbucks located right in the lobby with an outside door access (though often closed) - Lots of seating both indoor and out. The staff is incredibly friendly at this location and more obsessed with dogs than the usual Starbies.The line move quick enough on weekend mornings to get you that sugar + caffeine fix when you need it.There is no easy parking around the area if you drive here so be wary of that.
