This review is specifically for the person taking orders today (I also think she was taking orders for the drive thru). She has glasses, shorter hair that was darker in color. I had already placed my order for pickup and I wanted just a little bit more creamer. The baristas were busy and there were 4 people waiting for drinks. As a courtesy I went to ask the woman I’m describing for a mini cup of heavy cream because there was no one in line inside. She just looked at me like I was dumb and didn’t say a word. Then walked to the baristas and looked at me again and said you know you can just ask the baristas next time. When she handed me the cup I said thank you so much and she didn’t say a word. If you work in customer service, an attitude isn’t appropriate. I very much felt like I was a burden/annoyance and as a customer I shouldn’t feel that way. @management please talk to this person about her attitude because it sucks.

This place is a mess. It wasn't even busy, and those working here seem overwhelmed. No cashier taking orders, and a small line was forming. They got my order wrong. They remade my drink, but when I got home I noticed that my coffee was only half full. Food items I got seemed old. Scone and muffin were incredibly dry.

Past view times I’ve ordered a venti vanilla ice coffee and coffee taste like fruit I’ve returned it and 2nd time it taste like fruit not any better.

ZOE was extremely unprofessional and rude when they didn’t have expreso at 5:10am (when they open) and I said that’s what I would like. She told me I could go to another Starbucks. Will be reporting to corporate.

Poor service at Drive thru. I ordered a hot chocolate online. It should be ready in few minutes. Barista said not finding any orders from me. I drove around and looked for the receipt. Ahh found it and returned to this service. She had a bad communication with me. Nothing was wrong with me Why can’t she look for it instead of trying to make it so difficult for me. Bye

Closes at 8:20pm, not 8:30, not 10pm. Don't try to come here to sit inside or drive through to get coffee later in the day because they will effortlessly ask you to leave to finish locking up. Otherwise, it's a typical Starbucks on the spacious and medium cleanliness side. Barista was wiping her sniffling nose with the back of her hand as she was making a drink. Typical but now on public display.

I’m giving a 5/5 rating because the drive thru is fast and the service is great but the atmosphere gets a 2/5 because many of the customers are rude and it creates such a toxic environment. Y’all need to get some manners! Some people are so harsh on these baristas for the dumbest reasons! Grow up!

I’ve tried to give this store multiple chances, but I will not be returning. I’ve ordered 3 times from them on the mobile app and each time hasn’t gone well. The first 2 times my order (a hot tea which should take 60 seconds to make) took 20-25 minutes past the expected pick up time. The only reason it didn’t take longer is I went up to the counter both times and my cup was just sitting there by the register totally ignored. The last and final time they had my order ready on time (small win) but it was not what I ordered. The cup had the sticker with my correct name and Order, but the drink itself was wrong. I give up. Just gonna go to literally any other Starbucks in Austin at this point.
