I had the best Starbucks experience ever this morning!! So I wanted to drop a review.My morning trip is always pleasant when visiting this Starbucks location and this morning it was no different.The whole staff really is amazing. They keep me coming back with their smiles and friendly attitude. Nice job.

I used to love coming to this location but things have really gone downhill. Overall I have had great service but the Pike Place roast tastes terrible. I have been drinking it for years and for some reason at this location it’s as if I am drinking gasoline it’s so strong. I just keep thinking maybe it was not brewed correctly on a certain day yet it’s insanely strong and bitter all the time so I will try other locations.

When I was at the register I saw the person making food stick the tongs down into the trash can, and then she kept using them on all the new food she was cooking! Absolutely disgusting. When I asked the barista who the manager was so I could speak to them about it, he said it was the one making the food! Never returning to this location.

The wait for a simple drink is always so long. Workers aren’t competent enough to correctly ring up the drink. I specifically asked which teas had caffeine, then asked for a green tea and was charged for and given a passion tea.

I’ve been in Austin for a long time, and this Starbucks location has always been my favorite Starbucks in Austin. Again Kobe was a big hit with everyone from Starbucks employees to Starbucks customers. So, we hung out there for a while. I treated myself to chocolate croissant along with my Latte, while Kobe soaked in all the attention she was getting. I’ve been there so many times, I didn’t take pictures of the store. Except a close up of Kobe, since some may remember her. But, we’re going to be back there soon.
