Horrible experience . Trying to order my drink while carrying on a conversation with my husband and the barista (Max) at every moment is commenting on my conversation which was extremely unprofessional and off-putting. On top of making the person who order after me drinks first and then mine.

I asked for two cups of pike coffee. She said they don’t have pike. She can give me dark roast or I should wait for 5-10 minutes for her to brew it. I said I’d wait. 2 minutes later she said my “pikes” are ready but she gave me 2 cups of dark roast that are so strong that we couldn’t drink and had to threw away.

This location is in Randall's. Starbucks is pretty consistent across the board. I dont go for the coffee as its not good, i tend to stick to the teas as i can control the amount of sugar they add. Anything with a pump seems to be 90% sugar. Service is great and usually not as busy as a standalone store.

I had a great experience at this location. The employee had just opened; she was cheerful and engaging. There's good space dedicated to this location in Randall's. There are tables and chairs provided in a nice open space on the side of the store.Also, despite being a grocery store Starbucks location, there is a lot of merchandise available on display.So, next time you're in the area or stopping in for groceries, pop over to this Starbucks, kick up your feet, then get on with your day.

I went to this Starbucks at 8:20am Saturday morning, one person working here at the time and already took 10 min to just order. Then he messed up the person in front of us' order so he had to fix it like 6 different times. Finally we got our 4 drinks 30 min later and our 2 mochas were just milk and sugar.... He had forgotten to put expresso and coffee in the mochas.. my pink drink was just a refresher, which he asked me how to make it. I was very surprised that someone was working there alone who did not know how to make a basic mocha or pink drink. We just threw away the mochas since we were already running late for our wedding dress appointment and I just accepted my "pink drink" that did not have coconut milk in it.
