I used to love this Starbucks. I have been a customer here regularly for two years but they tower my car from their lot, so I will not be going back. Customer service? What customer service.

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee, this is definitely not the place. I used to come in every morning. But, had to stop due to being constantly being hit up for cash. I have returned twice after 3 years and it's even worse. It seems like they are doing what they can. But, the area is overrun with people experiencing homelessness. They come in soliciting, acting out making a scene. If you come here, use the drive-thru.

I usually get coffee from the this location and 1 other. I rarely have any problems with my drink. But today my drink was too sweet through the drive through. So I parked and went inside and asked for a small amount of oatmilk to balance out my drink. I waited in line and watched every costumer in front of me be treated and greeted kindly. Until I asked for my oatmilk! She looked at me ugly and didn't say anything to me. She got me more oatmilk and placed it on the counter and walk off. I told her "Thank you" and she continued to ignore me. Being the only minority customer in the building didn't help the scenario. I felt as if I was looked at as a homeless in the area. Or if I was lying, or bugging. She made me feel like I was in the wrong for asking. This is the 1st time I ever wrote a review. Because I'm tired if being discriminated against.

There are no hand towels in the restroom. The "sustainability" mindset is great, but air dryers are big-time germ spreaders and should be considered a health hazard.

The girl who was on Register 2 was very dismissive and rude. I felt like she was racist towards me and my family. They had a candy basket and my kids grabbed 2 candies and she came and told my kids TO NOT grab candies! I did not like how she talked to me or my family! She needs to take a customer service class. I spent $50 at this location but next time I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I am very upset and I rate this location 0 stars!!

Review is more for rating of family friendliness, I would say this location is not that due to no changing table in either one of their bathrooms. I had to change my infant on the bathroom floor. Being so close to the walking trails there will be lots of families that come in for the coffee before or after. Every establishment should have one...

It’s a comfortable Starbucks where you can be productive. I enjoyed the interaction with the baristas, nice and warm. You will need a passcode to enter the bathroom but it’s not a big deal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. One thing to add on is that this Starbucks dine-in will close at 7 pm and drive-through will close at 8 pm.

I've been here several times for a simple black cup of coffee, and on more than one occasion, they have served me something so foul it can only be described as jet fuel. This coffee was so strong it'd change your gut biome for months. This coffee was so bad it almost made me switch to MUD water.No seriously, in a day of automation, I genuinely don't know how you mess up a coffee that bad. If you're reading this, go to the starbucks like 1/2 mile south on lamar. its better.

I drove in drive thru style and was yelled at by the security near me cause I ran over his walkie talkie I did not even see it and it was 6am. I’m very sorry about that incident, I went inside and ordered my chai latte with soy milk and stevia, and had a scone.. more pleasant

Don’t bother going to the restroom here, they have codes (that’s cool you need to buy to use) apart from getting an extra expresso I already needed to go to the bathroom, these people (employees) sent security to knock and see what’s going on. I get it, wellness check what if someone passed out in there, but I already told the security guard everything is good. Tell me why does another damn employee need to go knock? I just finished a 4hour trip to come work in Austin, I understand my stomach problems makes me take a little longer than expected especially when I hold it that long, but the audacity to push a customer to feel embarrassed like this is ridiculous.

starbucks is gross, they have trained people to drink plastic burnt coffee and it needs to end. Walk over to carpenter hall and enjoy actual coffee
