Wow! This Starbucks is right next to a school and is taken over by middle schoolers! As a passer by I did not know this. I was pleased with how the door guard & baristas handled this rather loud rowdy bunch of kids, great job especially the girl at the door screening kids and making sure the inside was nice for all guests.

I’ve lived in this neighborhood for five years and for about the last six months or so this Starbucks has been so extremely slow getting orders out. I come here probably a few days a week and I usually mobile order hoping it’s faster but it takes on average about 25 to 30 minutes to get an order out for just one drink so be aware of this if you were coming to this Starbucks . Baristas have not been friendly for a while now which makes it even more frustrating.

I went to the Far West Starbucks, I get into the store with 10 minutes to 7:00 pm, It took me about two minutes to decide what to drink and suddenly the people who serve in this place were very rude trying to get me to hurry up with my order and they treated us badly and it was a very bad experience. If this kind of employees doesn’t want to work with a good costumer service they are in the wrong place. Such a bad experience.

FYI, this Starbucks charges more for their drinks here than other Starbuck's in town. Just about every other Starbuck's in Austin charges $4.28 for a tap Cappuccino (no adds) and this store shares $4.82. I called the home office in Seattle, but they have not corrected their pricing in this store.
