Came in for the hot chocolate holiday special but they closed before hours. I saw multiple employees in the store. It’s ridiculous. Why hold a special and close before hours? 1 star for poor service and performance.

This is a mobile order pick up in store location online! That means it is super efficient. Your order will definitely be ready by the promised time. I didn't realize it was just a pickup spot. I had some time to kill and actually wanted to sit down, but I also do enjoy order ahead abilities.

I get this for people who live nearby and have the app this is cool, but I was visiting the area and used my GPS to find a Starbucks and then couldn't get coffee by walking in and telling them my order. Frustrating to say the least.

Okay , I understand you have to order here on an app and if you dont you cant order any coffee . Well I happened to be there yesterday and I saw lots of people been turned away because they did not have the app.I get that it cool to order on an app , but what I don't understand is why there's no kiosk in the store where you can order through.I saw a lot of money walking out the door yesterday because the clients did not have an app on their phones.There are some major chains that have a kiosk in the lobby area .Just an idea .
