They have incredibly disrespectful and arrogant employees, no one forces you to work, I don't understand where you hire such people.

I'm a Runner, I went to pick up an order and the "manager" says why do I work on it if I don't speak English. He was also very rude, he wouldn't let me place my order and practically kicked me out of the store.

Went by for a sandwich and was told that they were out of the butter to make a pretzel, the toppings area was half closed already with only a couple things left to chose from, and that there was no avocado left and i would need to come on a Wednesday to get it, as thats when the truck comes in. Mind you this was 7pm on a friday, three hours before closing and two days after the truck. The employees kept their headphones in whilst helping me and seemed to miss some of what i was saying as a result. Thw food i got was good but the lack of options and poor service made it an overall lackluster experience.

So, the chubby guy with dark hair needs to go back to sandwich school, and maybe etiquette school for a better attitude. Dude put a six inches worth of meat on a foot long sandwich. Had no clue about the menus ingredients and just overall had a bad attitude.

horrible customer service , I ordered on app for the bogo footlong paid for order online showed receipt at the store they refused to give me the free footlong. store was dirty and no gloves where being used. it's a NO for me lucky I got refunded my money r it wasn't gone b nice.

I visited this location tonight. First of all I ordered curbside, after pressing the "I'm here" button on the app I waited in my car for over 20 minutes before just going inside. Where I learned they hadn't even started on my order I told them my name and they literally did not say a single word to me and just looked at me and looked away. Not a single, "oh we will have it right out I'm so sorry." It was nothing said. Then I get home and they put like 10 peices of cheese on my sandwich and just threw everything on it and did not take the time to pay attention to my order. I know for a fact because I saw the lady who was making the sandwich put lettuce on both of the sandwiches then realize it was supposed to be spinach and she took the lettuce off and threw it back into the container of lettuce. Not in the trash but into the container that would be used again. That is a MAJOR health hazard and just plain disgusting. I saw her do this with multiple items. She would realize it was wrong, take it off the sandwich and throw it back into the container. Do yall not teach your employees about cross contamination?

Holy sh** ...Not entirely sure b/c she didn't speak English, but i got the impression that one of the girls snickered at what I was ordering ..and it was an albeit cheaper but also common menu item, like either the turkey or Black Forest ham, (can't even remember)..I let things roll off of me pretty easily but I had to walk away from the counter trying to repress the urge to smack her in the face. Stupidly rude.
