My daughter went to apply for a job here. My wife was watching from outside. They both said that the old Latino manager (possibly owner) was very handsy and borderline inappropriate. After a little investigation I found out he has a history of behavior with underage girls that should have him arrested at the very least. Do not patronize this store. Apparently they still go with the Jared philosophy at this location.

They had the worst customer service they closed the store early the kid was trying to sell drugs out the store he's a young hispanic boy and there's another young girl here they were outside smoking weed I could smell it

The service here is hit or miss and in the past, it has been terrible honestly, but the last few times I’ve gone in the young man who has helped me was extremely conscientious and thoughtful, making sure that all of the ingredients were fresh and delicious before adding them to the sandwich.I had sworn this location off for sometime, but I will return now that I know there is better service to be had!

I know it's silly to leave reviews for quick service places, but I really have to warn y'all that this location sucks. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different location. The older Hispanic man in glasses clearly feels it's acceptable to take out his own frustrations on customers.

The staff was nice enough and the sandwhiches were fine, pretty much the same as every other Subway. I just got some coupons in the mail, so I thought I would try this Subway for the first time. The cashier said the coupon had already been used and couldn't be applied. I mean, they print 100,000 of the same coupon and stuff mailboxes with them so of course it's been used before. I think that's the whole point.To be clear the people at the restaurant can't do anything about this, but the management and ownership should figure out what's wrong with their Point of Sale system.

Terrible Interaction, I was in the area doing business had to use RR. (Use to work for Subway) also used to be a manager. The manager was moping so I apologized about coming in when walking out his attitude got Real Rude with me starting speaking at me under his breath. I said sorry Bro I appreciate you for letting me use it. He got mad and starting cussing and saying this is my store etc. I understand the homeless situation in Austin is out of hand (I grew up here in the southside) But the way this manager handled the situation was Ridiculous. If he Interacts with people this way I could only Imagine what else goes on there.........Wow Subway Terrible Experience on this Beautiful Fridayyyyy Man Disappointed ?

I come here a lot for lunch because we get a lot of coupons in the mail. It’s clean, they always have fresh bread and the guy working here, Joel, is really nice. As far as subways go, this is a good one!

Nasty they had the food line turned off at 8:30 pm when they close at 10 then they will put the food in the cooler after it's warm that will make someone sick!! Don't eat here!

I had the most amazing experience at Subway today! I was in a hurry and absolutely famished after not having eaten all day. Thankfully, I was assisted by the incredible Joe L, who turned my quick stop into a truly delightful moment. Joe's lightning-fast and professional service, coupled with his warm and friendly demeanor, left me utterly impressed. I can't help but sing praises about him and would wholeheartedly recommend visiting Subway only when Joe L is there, as he truly makes the dining experience exceptional!

Good food from my experience each time I was here. Today I saw a member of the management team Joel that is usually at the South Park meadows location near the Walmart. Idk what it is with him, maybe he’s worked there long enough that nothing matters to him anymore? Not good customer service, very stern, my way or no way kind of guy. I’m sure he’s great at what he does but could do a lot better on costumer service. Felt very unwelcomed, very rushed, talked over, just not good customer service experience overall. I can only imagine how he talks to his team/coworkers. Not an enjoyable experience.

Please change your hours if you aren't open until 10pm. Multiple people report this location closing as early as 9pm even though your signs say otherwise. You might as well just update that one thing and you'd save yourself a lot of customer complaints. Very disappointed.

Subway had always been mediocre to me, you walk in and despite who's working it seems like you're bothering them to make your sandwich. Since the reboot I haven't seen much change at all, the atmosphere was just the same, the workes the same, and the good just the same, not sure what I expected. Watching them make the sandwich you can see just how little ingredients they put on the bread, the commercials boast more and bigger sandwiches but they don't tell you to get that you pay more, otherwise it's still the same.Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options
