At least once or twice a week, my partner and I get coffee here in the morning - To Go.Honestly, they generally don't have a great accuracy rate on our drinks, but it's been tolerable... until recently. We went from a small mistake every 4-5 orders, to now we're having issues with nearly every order. Missed espresso shots, wrong milk, wrong size, wrong drink, not the right amount of pumps of mocha, full moon rather than half moon... what in the world is going on over there?Again, we're taking these coffees To Go, which means that we frequently don't know they're wrong until we've left - especially since it's usually only one of us picking them up. Often, the only choice is to either throw away the disgustingly sweet monstrosity they've dealt us, or drive all the way back, so waste our money or our time.The only difference I've noticed is that suddenly there's a bunch of guys rather than gals - but hey, maybe it's just that they're new. Whatever it is that's happening, we're getting to that threshold where we find a new coffee place and simply stop coming.

First, this place has the best baristas I have ever met... kind, patient, and welcoming to everyone (including professional Karens and people experiencing hard times). Second, they have the best coffee of any place I have ever been - I've quit going to Starbucks since coming here because Starbucks just tastes bad now in comparison. Keep up the great work everyone - you are appreciated!!!

My favorite coffee shop on the planet!!!Non-dairy moon milk for the win!The oatmilk Autumn moon with dairy-free moon milk is THE must try!And if you're not vegan and love pastries,the almond croissant,warmed up of course,is going to make you feel like you are in a Paris cafe eating the most amazing French pastry!! Wow!
Drink was great. Barista was nice but was sitting and talking to friends pausing while making my drink to talk about personal things. There was no line and I was the only customer so these type of conversations could have easily waited until all customers were served rather than delaying the preparation of a drink. Additionally with no other customers present the barista did not bother to hand me my drink as I stood waiting but just set it on the opposite side of the bar and continued conversating.
