Worst coffee I have ever tasted. I have tried their different options and they are so bad. They are worst that Starbucks. You might as well go buy instant coffee at a grocery store.

I have recently broken my pact with myself to never go in to Summer Moon as the owners are anti LBGTQI and donate to causes I don't agree with. But I live across the street and sometimes it's nice to get a treat or a fancy coffee. I have gotten a Neighbor Discount during these past 3 years from people who recognize me, and simply by saying "I'm y'all's neighbor." This morning I went in there and ordered my coffee and asked about the neighbor discount, as this has been something I've done no issue for years, and the manager working behind the counter straight up Yelled at me. She was SO aggressive about "What neighbor discount, What are you talking about ," I got so uncomfortable and left the store in tears. If the employees who had been being so kind over the years were doing something they weren't supposed to do, I don't understand why I was yelled at. This manager was incredibly rude to me and I will NEVER step foot in that Summer Moon again, and I'll be actively spreading this story to all my neighbors who have also been frequenting this coffee shop. Bad management, terrible customer service from someone in charge. You made me cry, lady! Take a breath and remember we're all just out here trying to get by.

NOT ORGANIC. It says organic in their business name on google, but after asking the barista had no idea if it was and the. Going to look at the house coffee they sell, there is no organic certifications or even the word organic. If you come here specifically for organic coffee (as you should with everything you consume) they may have been lying to you. Goes for all locations in my opinion.

The employees are very friendly! They have a kind demeanor and remember names and regular orders of repeat customers. Even with a long line of orders, they are able to get your coffee to you quickly. The store is clean and well maintained.Parking: This is a small location with a small, shared parking lot. Parking is sufficient, but be careful pulling in and out during busy hours.

I had nothing to say about summer moon before today… I’ve brought girls here on dates and frequented when it was convenient… today I got ready to sit down and enjoy a cup of tea but I had to use the restroom first and when I asked to do so… the employee gave me sass, asking if I had already bought something or not… when she should have asked me if I was planning on buying something… so I gave her the bird and went to one of the other hundreds of coffee shops in Austin… you’re welcome for the valuable criticism… April 10 at 3:50pmP.S. she made sure to blame her etiquette on her boss…

Hands down, the best coffee if your ever in Austin! Beats Starbucks by far and the best customer service, all the staff greets you with their friendly smiles. I live in Bastrop, but when I am visiting family in Austin, I make sure to always stop by for my favorite cup of Mocha Moon Latte with an extra shot! I always order ahead online for pickup, so easy and convenient and it's always ready right on time! Summer Moon Coffee is a must try for anyone that loves coffee!

I’m disappointed to write this and normally would let this go, but something left such a bad taste in my mouth today. I went to the location off 1st street after placing an order online, which I haven’t done for this location before. When I got inside, it wasn’t busy and I was the only person in line. There were 2 employees making drinks and another stocking the grab and go fridge of drinks, after standing there a few minutes I still was not even acknowledged. Once the person finished stocking the fridge, she said “do you have an online order?” as she saw me looking around. I replied yes and she snapped back with such attitude saying “normally you just go to the window” - ok fine I blew it off, but I didn’t know? Next, I asked if there was an almond croissant with the order (my bf placed the order under his name and didn’t mention he didn’t add the croissant) - in which she snapped at me again SO rudely “you can’t order food online, plus we don’t even have any almond croissants”. I could NOT believe how this woman talked to me and so I turned around and walked out in disgust. I usually love summer moon and get excited whenever im nearby a location, but after today I’ll no longer be back, at least not to the street location. Do better. I’ve never encountered such a rude employee.

Love summer moon! But this has been the only location I’ve visited that I wouldn’t come back to. The staff are quick and the store is clean and the drinks are great buuuuuut the baristas pretty much yell talk about personal stuff and we’re just casually cursing and talking about how much men suck. They seem like nice people but it’s not the vibe
