I love this place, I think their menus are amazing, I just wished their staff were more helpful. There were us, and 1 other group of guests when we arrived. It wasn't busy. 1 of our orders was the flan. The flan sauce is at the maximum capacity of the plate (well I guess it's good that's the good part, right?) but it is tricky to bring it to the table. So, there was me trying to balance 3 drinks, a flan and a mille crepes. It was fine until halfway, my jasmine tea fell on the floor. It splattered everywhere. They know this happened but they didn't do anything. Until the other guests help us, then the staff started to help. They didn't offer us a replacement for the jasmine tea either, just silent.I understand this is a self service place, but I think a little helping hands will be much appreciated.

We spent a little over $40 on four times and one of the workers came at our table saying we can’t have the napkin container at our table. I get that you’re trying to cut corners but there was barely anyone else there and the other two customers had drinks. We had pancakes that get messy. It embarrassed us and his cheapness ruined the vibe.

If you've ever tried authentic japanese fluffy pancakes in Japan, you know these are not it. However, these pancakes are pretty fluffy and taste good. My favorite is mango. I am not a huge fan of their tea though. Atmosphere and decor are very cute!

Got the matcha soufflé pancake and pear fruit teapot with 2 cups. Really cute place! Love the running water and all the flowers surrounding the walls/tables. Fruit teapot was sooo good! Very fragrant! You can also ask for refill (just pouring hot water inside). Matcha soufflé pancake is fluffy and looks very good. Perfect place to relax and have a chat.

I also always get half sweetness for boba (sooo amaziThe only reason for 4 stars is because it's definitely very pricey. My boba and pancake is $21, but maybe that's just how it is nowadays I'll always recommend!

Omg this place is soooooo cute! Lots of cute photo worthy areas. The pancakes were so good and not too sweet! The drinks are also top notch. I was actually surprised that both desserts and drinks were so exceptional. The guy working at the front counter was also really helpful. Especially with my daughter's orders lol I'm definitely recommending this place if you got a sweet tooth! PS if you're a Vietnamese coffee snob.. GO HERE!!!
