Been going here with kids for years now. The staff (and manager) are focused, quick and fast! Super helpful and food is FRESH. I like the manager's personality (he is kinda loud but funny!). The staff also have a great / relaxed sense of humor (overall). I like the "vibe" at this location, so we go back often.
Worse taco Bell restaurant. The guy wearing glasses at the drive thru was very very unprofessional and disrespectful. Very poor service! I don't recommend this location. They must shut this location down.

It’s great that yall are having fun at work, however, as an Uber driver we DO NOT get paid hourly. It’s really frustrating to watch yall make every drive thru order prior to my delivery that you recieved prior to my arrival. THEN when you FINALLY make the delivery no one can be bothered to walk it to the counter. You wasted 20 minutes of my time, before I gave up and just cancelled the delivery. It’s 7:30 pm on a Saturday your lobby is empty and your drive through is not backed up, there is zero reason to waste delivery drivers time.

If there are any customers watching right now you could wish me luck job hunting while ordering yourself a Crunchwrap supreme off this Taco Bell store location’s Menu to eat for me feeling disappointed today January 29, 2024 ! January 26, 2024 I put in a precious job application here and surprisingly I was maybe like thirty minutes behind schedule for my interview because the seasoned app notified me. However, I spoke with my manager and they could’ve maybe mentioned that they were over staffed to take on any new employees at 3324 W Slaughter Ln Austin, TX 78748 because of their training. As goes for their food their sweet tea was absolutely fabulous to have for my taste bud to walk five hours from here to continue job hunting.Vegetarian options: You’re good at eating meat remember yes or no?
This location is as bad as it gets. I dont understand how it can be this bad. I quit going there a year ago because there was always a problem. Try them again and waiting at drive thru for 5 min behind someone else...i can hear apologies through the speaker....wait longer...cars are backing up, no moving. The entire time a woman is smoking cigarettes by the front door as cars keep backing up. I gave up and drive around to park. Sure enough, thats the cook smoking cigs watching cars back up through the parking lot. As i get out she starts to go in. It was honestly comical. I turned around and left. Def dont want her making my food. 1/28/24 around 7:30pm

The service was fast and friendly. The food tasted good, and the restaurant was clean. I took off a star because the manager had their whole family visiting ro get free food and their family was annoying. They had little kids demanding what they wanted made, not paying for any of it. And the family and manager all gossiped loudly and were yelling from the dining room to the kitchen. It made the restaurant feel less like a professional business, and more like something from a 3rd world country

If I could put ZERO stars I would. Staff was RUDE and not helpful. 100% do not recommend this location, it’s no wonder that this place is always empty because of the staffs HORRIBLE attitude. If there is a manager, they should talk to their employees.
Order was wrong. Bring food back tell them what's wrong. I get hostile vibes and words from employee making the food over. Get home all the taco shells broken on remade order. The job is simple, no one in line before me or after me. Shouldn't have been stressful. Manager Ajay, offensive worker, Laila, according to Ajay or AJ?

Don’t place an online order here. The staff doesn’t pay attention to those orders and will lie and say they’re out of the items needed for your order, and then change their story and say they do have it but you’d have to wait 30 minutes. Taco Bell’s online ordering system doesn’t let the stores cancel those orders, and you can’t cancel it in the app yourself so it gets stuck in limbo. The staff at this store have awful attitudes and zero customer service training.
