I deliver for doordash and the front doors where locked so like any other restaurant we are supposed to use the drive thru so I did and as soon and I did I told the manager that answered that I had a doordash and he said is the door locked and I said yes and he told me now it's unlocked after I already drove through the drive through very unprofessional service

My wife drove thru. She went 3 miles out of her way because she loves taco bell. I worked there when I was young. She ordered 2 bean burritos-no onions, 2 taco supreme. A DP. She got a diet DP which she tossed immediately. She bought one burrito for the baby and one for her. The burrito shells were far too hard for the baby, and herself. This was rediculous. She was not given a receipt either. I understand it was only 10 dollars but she is so pissed she won't eat a bite. 1925 Airport Blvd Austin TX. Their 'talk to us' complaint webpage-of course- doesn't work.

The food today is absolutely nothing like the quality or quantity that it used to be. Back in the day, I remember my parents canceling reservations at a very top class Mexican food restaurant in Tucson because they passed Taco Bell on the way, looked at each other, turned around, and spent their anniversary dinner there, at Taco Bell!!! That would never have happened today.I want to add that the Taco Bell food today no longer tastes like Tex Mex food.

This place is unbelievable I had to wait 45 minutes for a 3 crunchy tacos I will never go back they need to fire everyone and get a manager it's supposed to be a fast food

Long story short, I stopped for breakfast, I ordered bean and cheese burritos and coffee. When I get there, they told me they were out of coffee, and to choose a different drink.I asked for a large mango soda, but the lady told me that my drink was cheaper than a large drink.So not only did I not get what I really wanted, I ended up getting a laughable portion of soda for my breakfast tacos.They could have at least asked me to pay the $.10 to upgrade to a large drink, but instead I will no longer come here because customer satisfaction isn't worth $.10 to you guys.
