Incredients were fresh and well prepared, but bland burrito. Salsa and queso both also very mild and bland. Sorry to say it but even Chipotle has more flavor and spice.

PLASTIC IN BIRRIA TACOS!!! - just ordered the smoked brisket birria tacos. the tacos were okay, but did not include much brisket for the $15 price. i found 2 significantly sized pieces of plastic in my meal. simply can't happen. will not be eating there again.

Decent quesadilla, went with the chicken. Chicken and cheese, it was okay - not super awesome!! Came with sour cream, guac, and a salsa which were also decent. Also got the Mexican rice which was pretty flavorless.

On a beautiful Saturday afternoon, I decided to check out Fareground, and try something from each stall. I was so excited to try Taco Pegaso. You can luckily get flour or corn tortillas (I don't care for the corn tortillas). I ordered via the kiosk and ordered Al la carte, which was perfect for how I was eating that afternoon. I ordered the brisket taco on a flour tortilla and it was absolutely delicious. I should have ordered 2. The service was good. Definitely a must go back to.

I had some questions about the menu but couldn't get anyone's attention so we just ordered at the iPad. The food was muh, the TacoDeli down the street is better and it was so over priced!! If we ever come back I'll grab something from the Venezuelan place!

Went there yesterday for a taco, but then ended up with picadillo empanadas. These are the BEST! I have not had any this good, since Mexico. Great prices as well. The oaxaca cheese makes all the difference. Treat yourself today...but don't bring cash, it's card only.

The brisket bowl was so good and fresh! Love the setup of getting your food and being able to sit at the bar for a drink.

Terrific Al Pastor tacos. Great smoky flavor, tangy/sweet/salty balance is perfect, nice and crispy edges with properly rendered fat, while still being tender. Very friendly service, too. Haven’t found a better Al Pastor in Austin.Tinga taco is okay. Not bad, but not anything to write home about either. Al Pastor, though, definitely.Atmosphere is about what you expect for a higher-end food court. Neither here nor there. Music was a little loud, but that’s the building management, not this place’s doing.Overall, I would recommend this place. Clean, friendly, delicious Al Pastor. What more do you need?

Totally solid burrito at a solid price. $5 for a jarritos ain’t it, but you can get fed here for less than you spend at Chipotle and it’ll be fresher and tastier. Left satisfied, highly recommended.

Taco Pegaso has recently changed management and improved the food quality, and guest experience within Faregound Austin's food hall. You'll find delicious Mahi Mahi fish tacos, Birria tacos, Chicken Tinga tacos, and more. Signature bowls and large burritos. Flavorful carne asada, or Al pastor tortas. Various sides such as papas fritas preparadas, and street corn elote ensalada. Beef, chicken or vegatarian empanadas, with delicious avocado cream sauce. They feature chef Bryan's kitchen for dessert, serving the most flavorful cheesecake in the city, or you can enjoy caramel-filled churros.

Best tacos I have ever had. The champis vegetarian taco was outstanding . And their salsa is to die for. Brilliant service as well, the two people that cooked and served were very kind and courteous. I will come here over and over again just for this taco.
