The sushi is tasty and inventive great combinations of flavors. Friendly service and great atmosphere. I enjoy the great service and friendly wait staff. It is my favorite restaurant to go to. I love the Something Wrong roll and their Sushi Bomb.

Who doesn't like great sushi? Then you HAVE TO try TOMO!!!! Whether it's ordering to go or actually enjoying the food there - the food NEVER disappoints!!!! Their Calamari with their spicy lemon dressing is a GREAT way to start... We strongly recommend any Sushi there but we LOVE to get: - Cherry Blossom - Tiger Roll - Double D!! - xXx - Volcano - Tomo's spicy shrimp roll - Who's ur Daddy? - Ex-girlfriend - 007 - Crunch If you want to try their traditional rolls; their Spicy Tuna or Spicy Yellow are absolutely delicious!!!

Also has fresh wasabi. Yum. Black cod- 5/5. The texture of this fish was incredible. So flaky and tender, with a nice crispy crust. The sauce to dip it in complemented the fish so well Ex girlfriend roll- 5/5. Great flavor combos, and nice and filling Butter fish nigiri- 3/5. We would skip this next time King salmon nigiri- 5/5. Our favorite bite of the night!!!! We ordered 4 pieces of this. So so good Kenmedai nigiri- 3/5. Would skip this. Just ok Chi toro nigiri- 5/5. Our 2nd favorite bite of the night. melts in your mouth We drank the ozeki nigiro sake, went great with the dishes. Such a great dinner, thank you Tomo!

We love this place. I wish they had a better online ordering system for to-go orders. Not everything on their menu is listed for to-go. In addition, it could use a good deep cleaning. Fish is always fresh, tomoviche and the Japanese lasagna are our favorites. Great lunch spot too.

Sushi rolls were pretty good but seemed like a lot of them were similar ingredients but with different sauces. Would have loved to see more elevated/unique options. The tempura #2 was our favorite out of the ones we tried though!

The BEST flavors and the best sushi!!! We are moving and I will miss this place desperately! It’s crazy how affordable it is for WHAT it is. We have gone several times of the last few years and tonight we ordered our most favorite combo: 4play, Spicey Samari, and the 2 Beer! (And a splurge of king salmon truffle nigiri) THE PERFECT COMBO! Plus the service is incredible and they are the best at helping you identify what you want.

If you like Sushi, this is the place to visit if you're in Austin. Very fresh and with some unique twists on rolls. Very small place so sometimes there's a wait. They also have REAL Wasabi available!

The flavor profiles here are unmatched! our favorite combo is: 2 nigiri king salmon truffle, 4 play, Spicey Samari, and the 2 Beer. I wish I could eat there every day. service is incredible given how busy they are and how small of a place it is. definitely book a reservation!

I usually never leave a review, but this place is absolutely phenomenal! I have NEVER had sushi of such quality, each bite was better than the first. The salmon toro sashimi absolutely blew my mind, melting in your mouth, so simple yet delicious. All select rolls are perfectly balanced, the fish is delectable, in every way, leaving you satisfied. The employees working the sushi bar are very friendly, very good at what they do. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting high quality dinner for dates, anniversary's etc. will definitely be coming back again! 10/10 sushi
