This has happened again with this location. No issues with brand Torchys - but on more than one occasion we’re got wrong things for our Togo orders. For example, we request no chillies or corn instead of flour tortillas - and they just disregard the requests - the person taking the order would repeat and we would confirm but the order turned out wrong. And the orders were all mixed up… we had ordered 5 tacos - and all were wrong and mixed up.

Allowed somebody to steal my delivery order, then left the person picking it up waiting for 45+ minutes - refusing to remake it - until they eventually closed. Want to call the restaurant to try to sort things out? Good luck, because all you're going to get isn't answering machine that tells you to place orders online.

Nothing like the other ones I've been to. Waited FOREVER for my to go order. Wasn't offered a drink while I waited like the other ones. It was so loud in there it gave me a headache. Will not be back.
The queso will always be the best, but from now on, we will just stop by to pick that up and nothing else. Egg tacos were greasy, tortillas were cold. Out order was taken incorrectly and we were served incorrect tacos. Then, when we ordered queso Togo they made a mistake on that order which we didn't realize until arriving home. Service was less than friendly. All this with price increases making the tacos not worth it. The taco of the month wasn't anything special, basically tasted just like the shrimp taco already on the menu.

I have always been a big torchys fan. I am especially a fan of the potato egg and cheese breakfast tacos. However, over the past couple of months, the breakfast tacos have not been good. They come with one giant egg clump with very undercooked potatoes. I went to a different location recently and the breakfast tacos were much better than the ones in belterra. Everything else is great just the breakfast tacos are not good at all, and I know you guys used to make them good and other locations make them good as well.

I ordered a taco to go - as you can see, it was slathered in greasiness, so much so that the grease pooled within the foil wrapper. Of course I discovered it upon arriving home and out of range to make a return trip to the restaurant and have them make it right. Very unsatisfactory experience with this - this location needs to do better. Dinner is unfit for consumption. ?

Nice place. The staff is courteous and welcoming. They missed one of our items. When notified, they got it immediately without any wastage of time.Bar staff was helpful in charging our phone. Food is delicious and fresh.
