Bruh this location is trash. Some lil white gurl named autumn or amber idk. Gave me some really rude attitude and comments because I sighed that my order wasn’t ready and than under her breath called me a “f ucker”… like I get you are having a long tough day but I just sighed that’s all. The food was mediocre at best. The sauces taste store bought and not fresh or home made. The chicken was chewy, the rice was pretty dry. Probably will be going to a different Chinese location for sure.

It really pains me to leave this review but after multiple times of things going wrong I just felt compelled to warn people.I’ve ordered from here at least 20 times in the past year or so and the food has always been consistently good so I can’t knock that. The only thing that changed is the crab rangoons used to be filled with a ton of crab and now it’s mostly cream cheese.My most recent order took 3.5 hours to get delivered and the most upsetting part is I had to reach out at 2.5 hours to get any kind of update or reason for the long delay. They introduced a $5 delivery fee and I was like no problem worth it and they have always been awesome.However for your delivery time and quality to go down after significant price increases is a slap in the face. How can you justify it when using 3rd party delivery, charging and still taking 2 hours beyond your estimate. That isn’t all either the amount of times something is missing from the order and the attached order receipt it highlighted or crossed off has been 3 out of the last 5 orders. Then proceed to call and get offered redelivery an hour later. I can’t eat my meal without rice and an hour later the meal is ruined.I will never be using the delivery option again. The food is still good enough to pick up but my advice is to rethink your delivery services either by notifying customers, hiring more cooks to expedite orders or giving accurate estimates.

They will rip you off like it’s chipotle. DO NOT GET THE COMBINATION RICE. They will give you 2 pieces of shrimp Everytime. We keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and we always get 2 pieces of shrimp and mostly beef. Might as well call it beef fried rice. We’re just gonna find another place to get Chinese food at this point because they ALWAYS skimp out on the shrimp. This is coming from someone who use to order every Friday. So disappointed and upset. Listen to the review with the guy that’s ordered over 24 times. They are the chipotle of Chinese food. They will skimp you as much as possible no matter what you order. Save your money.Suggestion: rice on the hill - they will actually give you what you pay for. This is ridiculous and I’m tired of it.

Cute little take out place. Food is tasty except for one thing. They don't understand spice levels. I asked for mild spice but I got so much more that that. If it weren't for the fact that I was so hungry I'm not sure if I would eat it as it was bordering my tolerance level on the high end. As it was I had to take breaks in order to eat it. Don't get me wrong, it did still taste good, just be warned if you're going to order food from here that the spice levels are actually no or yes, not whatever levels they put.Dietary restrictions: I can't have wheat, eggs, dairy, or tomatoes and they had several options that excluded those things.

I would give it zero stars if possible. Ordered from Congress Avenue location. Ordered delivery and it took 2.5 hours to arrive. When the food arrived they failed to bring the additional 5 bottles of water that I ordered at a cost of $10 extra. Food was bland. Texted the manager - no reply. Will be disputing the entire bill with my credit card company. They haven't even reached out to refund the $10 for the missing waters. I would never recommend this place.

I placed an online order for delivery like I have done plenty times before. When I received my order I noticed that the wonton soup I ordered didn’t have any wontons… it was literally just broth. I called and asked if they could redeliver since I had company over and this was part of their meal and they said yes. I called at 6:12pm and NEVER received my re-delivery. I also didn’t get a refund. I know they could have easily refunded me but chose to say yes to a re-delivery that didn’t happen.

I’ve tried Tso several times now. The food is consistently very late, and after it spends an hour driving around (because they use their own drivers, who don’t work on tips) it eventually arrives cold, soggy, and usually missing an item. Staff acts like it’s an inconvenience to process a refund for food that was paid for and not delivered. Hunan Lion off South Lamar gets my money now.

My girlfriend and I tried Tso Chinese while looking for a catering option for my birthday.Food was solid and reasonably priced especially for the amount you receive.I promptly contacted them regarding setting up a catering order, and Rose, their catering manager, promptly followed up with me.Rose was prompt and helpful with every question or concern I had. Despite some technical issues with the website, my order was hot and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.The food was a hit with my guests, and easily fed my entire party, multiple servings over. Everything matched exactly what was ordered, and the complimentary serving spoons and tongs were a plus!We'll definitely be back again!Dietary restrictions: Fully supported our Gluten Free order request
