I had come to the airport to pick up my wife Shana and my step child who were both coming back from Japan. Shana had helped and added to many of my reviews on here and will have some reviews of places in Japan later. This was not a bad place. Lobby was a decent size, food was good and at the time I was there it came out faster than any other Whataburger I've been at. It wasn't crowded but it had a steady stream of people. The staff was fine. More talking to each other than the guests but not rude and got my order correct. It was mostly clean, a few tables were dirty and both trash cans were full. Overall a soild idea and placement. The hours are weird, 7 am to 10 pm but still not bad.

I called to see if it was worth the walk from the airport and if the burgers were good since I've the reviews were bad, expecting to see if they gotten better she answered with a low monotone voice and told me that it was all up to me and hung up while I was still speaking. I was looking for whataburger to have a higher expectation since their online quota is friendly service and quality food. not helpful

Usually quick and cheap. But I only stop because of the breakfast sausage biscuits with grape jelly. Not a fan of anything else here. Most of the burgers are not constructed well or have the same freshness as In n Out or PTerrys.

Surprise surprise the location with 2 stars didn't have great customer service. I would recommend recording yourself ordering at the call box so you won't be gaslit by staff that you didn't say something you know you said at the call box. If you have the "pleasure" to have the manager Sarah take your order just know you might not get what you asked for. Even if you stated it at the call box and 3 times at the window where you pay. If you need a refund, you may get a chance to have a meet and great with James!!! The GM. James will not de-escalate the situation. If anything he looks forward to customers having issues because he'll have an opportunity to see if he can get a rise out of you. He will stand behind his employees wrong or right and although he won't know the details of what happened he will passive aggressively (or straight up aggressively) ensure that whatever the employee said happened is taken as fact. So just be prepared when coming here. Keep your phone recording incase any issues arise you have proof of what was said. DO NOT expect to have a professional conversation with anyone that works here. And always stand up for yourself!!

I was at the airport cellphone lot and there is a Whataburger! What?! Nice, so if you have a long wait like me it was great to grab a snack. I got French fries with no salt and they were very temperature hot and served right away and very tasty! I recommend the fries with no salt. Restaurant Cleanliness: The place is not the cleanest and flies are zipping around. Bathroom cleanliness: below average, the public bathroom around the corner is cleaner.

Cold food and bad service. I've tried this location several times and it's not getting better. Don't waste your money.

Restaurant is at Airport. Very busy and long lines. Ridiculous in my opinion. I was in line for over 25 minutes. Then when I finally got my burger, the bun was soggy. Really!!! I was at the actual window for over 5 minutes. No food was on site. How was my bun soggy!!! Never eating here again. $12 for a soggy burger, cold floppy fries, and a drink. Totally NOT worth the money.

Just a bunch of lazy, chatty teenagers working on Friday night and tons of attitude from the girl working the window. I know Whataburger is slow but tonight took the cake. Got in line at 8:31, just got my food at 8:57. Manager clearly didn’t care and was just listening to something in his headphones. Spare yourself the wait and skip it. To top it all off my food is cold so it was probably just sitting on the counter for 10 minutes.

8:30 a.m.... No iced tea in dining room. Excuse is "we are short staffed today." So when I need refill, I have to wait. They have to walk to back and get it from drive thru. Well that means drive thru will run out faster, then they have to make more to drive thru and those customers have to wait. Making tea consist of dropping tea bag in basket, and pushing a button. Within five minutes you have a full urn of tea. You add sugar! Bingo. Then you put tea bag in basket again and push button. Five minutes you have unsweet tea for lobby.These folks weren't hired for common sense and manager on duty, obviously is not very smart!

The employee was so kind, it's super busy and yet still the employee was amazing. The food of course is the same as any other location but it's so convenient here while I wait to pick someone up at the airport.

Absolutely LOVE Whataburger, but the consistency between locations has rapidly declined since they were sold. SAD ?!!!

This is like a 1 man shop. Arrived at 8:30 a.m. Monday morning. No one at front counter. Another associate who was taking there break on the bench up front yelled for staff in the back. Food was quick, hot, and good. But also needed the restroom. YIKES! Super gross. This location is missing the Texas Hospitality and Spirit, of all other Whaterburgers. They seem to be missing the mark at this location closest to the airport, where the impression of travels for the Whataburger Brand is at stake. Hope they can get it together.

This is the worst WB ever. First it is not a 24 hour store and it needs to be. The drive through is always backed up into parking lot. It takes forever to get your order even online orders that have to be picked up in drive through. WB please open lobby 24 hours.
