So much plastic… Even though I was sitting at a table eating in, they brought my food inside a plastic bag inside plastic containers. All of the beverages are served in plastic.There’s no justification for so much waste.

A quesadilla is pretty hard to mess up. They did okay with it. Pleasantly surprised with the Mexican rice and black beans. Came with a small packet of sour cream but no guacamole. Fair pricing for an airport.

Beware: food preparation here takes 20 minutes or longer.Additionally, I am a local guide and local Google Maps reviewer — this man was horrible and should be fired immediately for probably the top 5 worst customer experiences I have.Judging by all the other negative reviews, it seems others agree. He showed 0 empathy for the customer — terrible customer service to the point that I will not be eating here again.Have some empathy and decency. Hopefully Zocalo reads this and trains staff accordingly.
