Quaint little restaurant. Stopped by on our way to Shreveport because we like catfish. The service and the food didn't let us down. Great atmosphere ever got a history lesson on the time. If u are traveling through be sure to stop.
Well, Well, Well - my wife & I had lunch there today, and we were both blown away. Restaurant is quaint and very clean. Employees all were friendly and attentive. Waitress explained the daily specials thoroughly and then brought our drinks. We then ordered oysters on the half-shell were wonderful. My wife ordered the fried shrimp and I got the fried catfish fillets. Everything rocked! Special shout out to the owner and the cook. The people here have a passion for great food and great service. Loved the atmosphere of the building. The catfish was perfectly seasoned and generous side portions accompanied. Loved the Italian cream cake. Thanks so much.
